  1. Overview of System Approval Receipt Templates

    The system provides two stages of approval receipts that can be customized by the user:

    1. Special Equipment Approval Receipt (特装审核通过回执)
    2. Order Approval Receipt / Order Payment Notice (订单审核通过回执/订单付款通知书)

  2. Overview of the Permit Application Module

    The Permit Application module allows users to declare information for construction personnel permits and vehicle permits for exhibition setup and dismantling. This module is available if enabled for the specific project. Before declaring information here, the required permit types must first be added to the order via the leasing service.

  3. Understand Order Types for Exhibition Booths

    The system provides two distinct order types based on the booth type and declaration stage:

    1. Rental Orders (租赁订单): Contain only rental items. These are manually generated by the user.
    2. Venue Fee Orders (展馆费用订单): Contain fixed costs such as special construction management fees, special construction deposits, and drawing review fees. These are automatically generated by the system during stages specified by the main venue management party and cannot be manually created.

    Note for Special Construction Booths: These booths automatically receive Venue Fee Orders. Once the Venue Fee Order is paid successfully, the user can then manually generate Rental Orders.

  4. Manage reusable resources for exhibition projects

    The Resource Management module allows administrators to upload reusable data—such as exhibition equipment (展具) and drawing templates (图纸模板)—once and reuse them across multiple projects. This eliminates the need for the main venue provider to upload the same data for every individual project. To ensure a smooth workflow, all necessary resource data should be uploaded to this module before a user creates a new exhibition.

  5. Understand the Digital Exhibition Main Venue Platform capabilities

    The Main Venue Service Platform provides a digital solution for exhibition construction business lifecycle management. It is divided into two primary interfaces:

    1. Builder Business End (搭建商业务端): Provides functions for special-build and standard-booth declarations, equipment rental services, order management, booth management, and document downloads.
    2. Management Backend (管理后台): Provides functions for exhibition management, booth management, business auditing for special-builds and standard-booths, order management, resource management, user management, and system settings.

  6. Manage venue staff contact information for builders

    The Staff (工作人员) module is designed to display contact details on the builder's homepage, allowing builders to easily find and contact venue staff. This module is distinct from the administrator user system because it allows the publication of contact information for individuals who do not require system access or functional permissions within the platform. Note that this module does not integrate with the system's permission management.

    The Main Venue Service Platform provides a digital solution for exhibition construction business lifecycle management. It is divided into two primary interfaces:

    1. Contractor Business End (搭建商业务端): Provides booth declaration for special and standard booths, equipment rental services, order management, booth management, and document downloads.
    2. Management Backend (管理后台): Provides exhibition management, booth management, auditing for special and standard booth business, order management, resource management, user management, and system settings.

  10. Log in to the Main Venue Service Platform using a password

    To log in using a password, you must first have a registered account. The account identifier is the mobile phone number used during registration.

    Steps:

    1. Navigate to the login page: https://builds.dataexpo.com.cn/login/build
    2. Enter the registered mobile phone number in the account field.
    3. Enter the registered password in the secret/password field.
    4. Click the '登录' (Login) button to enter the system.

  11. Manually add construction personnel permits

    To add a single construction personnel permit:

    1. Navigate to the home page.
    2. Click on 'Permit Application' (证件申请).
    3. Click 'Add' (新增).
    4. Fill in the required personnel information in the pop-up window and click 'Submit' (提交).

  12. Process deposit refunds for exhibition builders

    Deposit refunds for builders are available after the exhibition ends. The 'Refund Deposit' (退押金) button appears in the Order Management operation bar only when the following conditions are met: 1. The payment voucher has been uploaded and approved. 2. The current time falls within the designated deposit refund window.

    Workflow to request a refund:

    1. Click the 'Refund Deposit' (退押金) button.
    2. Upload the cleaning confirmation slip (清洁确认单) in the pop-up interaction window and submit.
    3. Wait for the venue manager's review.
    4. Once the order status changes to 'Pending Invoice' (待开发票), click the 'View Order' (查看订单) button to check the deposit refund details.
