Botivus is a yacht selling and booking platform providing the following capabilities:

    • Commerce: Multi-vendor support, secure payment system with 16+ gateways, and multiple currency support with live exchange rate updates.
    • User Experience: Multi-language support, RTL support, and a user-friendly interface with animated map navigation (zoom in/out).
    • Management: Admin role management, reports and analytics with PDF/Excel export, and dynamic menus/pages.
    • Notifications & Security: Customizable Email, SMS (Twilio and Nexmo), and Push notifications; Firebase Realtime Notifications; and 2-Factor Authentication (2FA).
    • Integrations: Google ReCaptcha, Google Analytics, and Tawk.to support.
  3. Understand Auto vs Manual Payment Gateways

The system supports two distinct payment methods:

    1. Auto Payment Gateway: Automatically redirects the user to a payment provider's page and processes the transaction without manual intervention.
    2. Manual Payment Gateway: Displays payment details to the user, who must then complete the payment manually. These transactions require an administrator to manually verify and update the payment status to 'accepted'.
  4. View application and server environment details

The Server Information page provides a detailed overview of the application's current environment and server configuration. It is divided into two primary sections:

    Application Info:

    • app name: The name of the application.
    • version: The current application version.
    • timezone: The configured timezone.
    • locale: The application locale.
    • url: The application's base URL.
    • environment: The current deployment environment (e.g., production, staging).

    Server Information:

    • php version: The installed PHP version.
    • laravel version: The Laravel framework version.
    • Port: The network port the app is running on.
    • Node version: The installed Node.js version.
    • Hostname: The server's hostname.
    • Protocol: The communication protocol (e.g., HTTP, HTTPS).
    • Server Software: The web server software being used.
    • Server Address: The server's IP or network address.
  5. Understand Dashboard account and user metrics

The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of account health and user base statistics, including:

    • Financials: Total Balance, Total Commissions, and Total Withdraw Amount.
    • User Base: Total Users, Total Active Users.
    • Verification Status: Total Email Verified Users, Total Mobile Verified Users, and Total KYC Verified Users.
  6. Generate and export system reports

The system provides three primary report types to track user and asset activity. All report pages support exporting data to an Excel file or downloading the report as a PDF.

    Available reports include:

    • Transaction Report: Provides a detailed report of user transactions.
    • Yacht Report: Provides a detailed report regarding the user's yachts.
    • Login Log Report: Provides a history of user login activity.
  7. Configure GoCardless business profile and payouts

Before processing live payments, the following account configurations are required in the GoCardless Dashboard:

    1. Business Profile: Navigate to Settings > About Your Business and provide legal name, address, phone number, and website URL.
    2. Verification: Navigate to Settings > Verification and submit required business registration documents (e.g., Companies House for UK). Verification typically takes 1-2 business days.
    3. Settlement Bank: Navigate to Settings > Payouts to add bank details (e.g., IBAN for SEPA or sort code/account number for UK) for receiving funds.
  8. Analyze transaction history and login logs

The Dashboard provides detailed logs and transaction analysis:

    • Transaction View: Displays monthly transaction totals for the current year. Users can filter by month and year (year filter provides a 5-year overview). Transactions are categorized into four types: Booking, Commission, Purchase, and Withdrawal.
    • Login Log Overview: An area chart showing user logins across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices over the last 15 days, updating every 5 minutes.
  9. Set up a Cryptomus Business Wallet and Merchant Profile

Before accepting payments, you must configure a Business Wallet, which is separate from your Personal Wallet.

    1. Navigate to Overview > Business Wallet in the Dashboard.
    2. Click Create Merchant and enter your business name.
    3. (Optional) Go to Settings > Business Wallet to enable auto-conversion (e.g., BTC to USDT) to mitigate volatility.

Merchant Verification (Required for Live Mode): Navigate to Settings > API Integration and submit your website URL and project description. Verification typically takes 1-2 business days. For certain platforms, you may need to verify ownership by adding a meta tag or file to your site's <head> section.

  10. Manage seller accounts and KYC verification

The Manage Seller Account and KYC Verification interface allows administrators to oversee registered sellers. The system provides filtered views to categorize sellers by status: All Sellers, Active Sellers, Banned Sellers, Email Verified Sellers, and Mobile Verified Sellers. From the seller table, administrators can access the 'Details' menu to view and manage a specific seller's profile.
  11. Manage seller accounts and KYC verification

The Manage Seller page allows administrators to oversee seller accounts, handle KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, customize seller profiles, and manage account balances. Sellers can be filtered by the following statuses: All, Active, Banned, Email Verified, Mobile Verified, KYC Unverified, and KYC Verified. The seller list provides two primary actions per user: 'Details' to view/edit the profile and 'Verify' to process KYC applications (this button only appears for sellers who have submitted KYC and disappears once verified).
