What's inside TreinoGo
- TreinoGo is a management platform designed for sports coaches to scale their business by automating workout creation and athlete monitoring. It replaces manual spreadsheets and PDF sharing with a centralized system where coaches can create a workout once and distribute it to multiple athletes with individual adjustments. The platform includes a dedicated app for students to track their progress and communicate with coaches.
Overview of TreinoGo Training Area features
The TreinoGo Training area provides tools for managing athlete performance and training schedules, organized into the following modules:
- Dashboard: Provides a performance overview of the class and shortcuts to primary actions.
- Physical Tests (Teste Físico): Used to register and track the performance evolution of students.
- Training Plans (Planos de Treino): Used to create, organize, and apply training schedules to students.
- Challenges (Desafios): Motivational tools with rankings to engage students.
- Race Calendar (Provas): A calendar of races and events to guide student preparation.
Manage race events using the Calendário de Provas
The Calendário de Provas (Race Calendar) is a centralized tool used to plan a team's racing season. It provides a monthly view (January to December) of scheduled events and allows managers to track race volume via indicators for the current year, the current month, and the following month. For each race, the calendar displays the location, date, time, and available distances. Managers can use this interface to register students for specific races. It is recommended to register races in advance to allow students sufficient time for preparation.Understand TreinoGO user roles and service scope
TreinoGO is a digital training management platform for the running and sports community. It defines two primary user roles:
- Athletes: Individuals who record workouts, track progress, and follow plans prescribed by coaches.
- Coaches: Qualified Physical Education professionals who create plans, prescribe workouts, and monitor athlete evolution.
Note: The platform is a technological intermediary and does not replace professional medical advice or in-person professional supervision.
Understand and implement Collective Challenges in TreinoGo
Challenges in TreinoGo are collective goals (e.g., "Run 50 km in a month") designed to stimulate student participation through an automated ranking system. To maximize engagement and completion rates, it is recommended to set challenge durations between 7 and 14 days.Understand and use the TreinoGo Dashboard
The Dashboard is the primary landing screen of the control panel, providing a centralized overview of operational metrics including students, plans, challenges, monthly fees, and workout evolution. It is designed to help users quickly identify areas requiring attention, such as pending payments or drops in workout completion rates.
Key components available on the Dashboard include:
- Indicator Cards: Top-level metrics for Active Students, Active Plans, and Ongoing Challenges, including variance compared to the previous period.
- Monthly Fee Summary: A breakdown of students categorized as 'Up to date' (Em dia), 'Pending' (Pendentes), and 'Without a plan' (Sem plano).
- Workout Evolution Graph: A monthly visualization of completed workouts for a selected year (adjustable via the year selector).
- Monthly Tests (Provas do Mês): A list of events scheduled for the current month.
- Active Challenges: Quick tracking of challenges currently in progress.
- Recent Activities: A filtered history of the latest platform actions, such as completed workouts or created plans.
- Quick Shortcuts: One-click access to the Students, Plans, Challenges, Tests, and Exams sections.
Manage and track student physical tests in TreinoGo
The Physical Test (Teste Físico) feature allows users to record student physical test results and monitor their progress over time. The interface provides high-level metrics on the total number of tests performed and the number of students tested. Users can filter results by specific students or by the type of test. The test history is presented in a table containing the student's name, test type, pace, final time, and the date of the test.Manage Training Plans in TreinoGo
The Training Plans screen provides a centralized view of all created plans organized as cards. Each plan card displays the following metadata:
- Name and Category: (e.g., Marathon, 5K, Intermediate).
- Status: Either 'Ativo' (Active/In use) or 'Rascunho' (Draft/Not yet published).
- Timeline: Start and End dates, total Duration (in weeks), and Days per week.
- Student Count: Number of students currently linked to the plan.
Migrate an existing agency to TreinoGo
TreinoGo provides a free assisted migration service for coaches moving from other platforms. The process consists of three steps:
- Consultation: The coach provides details about the current number of students, the platform being used, and the data that needs to be migrated.
- Data Transport: TreinoGo manually imports students, plans, and workout history into the system.
- Validation: The coach verifies the data before the final switch to ensure students experience a seamless transition.
View training plan details and athlete progress
The training plan details screen provides a comprehensive view of the full schedule and the individual progress of each student assigned to the plan. Key features include:
- Summary Cards: Quick view of Duration, Workouts per Week, Total Students, and Category.
