Sprocket Studio is a SharePoint toolkit. It uses a rolling 30-day active-user model: a license is consumed when a unique Microsoft 365 user loads a Sprocket web part. If a user is inactive for 30+ days, the license returns to the pool. Guest accounts do not consume licenses.

• Trial: Free for 14 days for up to 1,500 users (no credit card required).
• Paid Tiered Pricing (Monthly):
  • 1 to 99 users: $2.50/user/month
  • 100 to 249 users: $2.00/user/month (for users above 100)
  • 250 to 499 users: $1.50/user/month (for users above 250)
  • 500 to 1,499 users: $1.00/user/month (for users above 500)
  • 1,500+ users: Capped; additional users are free.
• Annual Billing: 10% discount available.

Upon cancellation, web parts stop functioning, but SharePoint content remains intact.

The first 10 editors per tenant are always free regardless of the plan. Content is stored as plain markdown files in the customer's OneDrive and SharePoint, ensuring no data loss if a subscription ends.

• Free Tier: $0/month for the first 10 editors. Includes full product features: markdown wiki, real-time co-authoring, backlinks, workspace graph, MCP access for AI assistants, and tenant-based storage.
• Paid (Annual): $10/editor/month for editors beyond the first 10.
