What's inside Sales Vision

  1. Overview of Budget Management Hierarchy

The Budget management module uses a top-down hierarchical approach for planning and tracking company budgets. The hierarchy starts with the Sales Director at the top, who distributes the budget to Regional Managers. Regional Managers then distribute their assigned budget to Sales Representatives. Budget categories are fully customizable at the definition level. Regional Managers have the authority to redistribute assigned budgets between sales representatives, and both Sales and Regional Managers can freeze budgets.
  2. Overview of the Calendar module

The Calendar module is used for planning and monitoring activities. It is divided into three main sections:

    1. Top Left: Displays the Sales representative's name and toggle buttons to switch between 'Visit' and 'Plan' views, as well as views for days, months, and years. It contains four quick-action icons: two for fast visiting/planning, one for plan copying/route creation, and one for week notes.
    2. Bottom Left: Displays a graph of daily activities and visits statistics.
    3. Right Side: The main interaction area showing the current week, used for adding, editing, deleting, and viewing visits and plans.
  3. Overview of Institution module tabs

The Institutions module contains several specialized tabs for data management:

    • Samples: Review samples provided to specific persons at the selected institution.
    • Documents: Upload or preview files such as music, video, and other documents.
    • Tasks: View tasks connected to the chosen institution.
  4. Overview of the Sales Plan module

The Sales Plan module allows for sales planning at the country and product levels, with the ability to drill down to brick and packaging levels. It is accessible as a submenu within the 'Others' menu and is restricted to System Administrator and HQ users. Depending on the system configuration, data sources for plans may be Wholesalers sales or IMS sales imported into the Sales Vision database.

The module provides two primary layouts:

    • Table View: Displays saved sales plans, allows for filtering, exporting (Excel, PDF, CSV), and detailed breakdowns by bricks and months.
    • Graph View: Provides a visual representation of the sales plan values by region.
  5. Overview of the Sales Plan and Budgets module

The Sales Plan and Budgets module is used to enter and manage sales plans and budget planning. It supports granularity by sales representative, district, and packaging at annual, quarterly, and monthly levels. The interface is divided into three main areas: a top section for selecting the year, sales representative, and packaging; a center section containing the 'Analyzes' shortcut for comparing plans vs. realized budgets; and a lower section containing the core functional units: Sales Plan, Budgets by districts, Budgets by Person, and Budget by Institutions.
  6. Overview of Marketing plan by selection

The 'Marketing plan by selection' module is used to create promotion plans for representatives. Unlike normal marketing plans that target entire specialities or institution types, this module allows for the detailed selection of specific persons or institutions to be visited. Admins typically manage the high-level plan and add initial persons, while Sales representatives specify the details of the plan.
  7. Overview of the Next Best Move (NBM) module

The Next Best Move (NBM) module is available in the iPad Sales Vision application upon activation by the Media-Soft Support Team. By default, it is located under the 'More' tab. The module provides a list of persons and their current engagement levels, visualized via a pie chart and a detailed list. Engagement levels are calculated based on the active filters; for example, if a Marketing Plan filter is active, the level reflects data for that specific period. If no filter is applied, the level reflects all data since the person was added to the database.
  8. Use Ask Nikola AI for Sales Vision CRM support

Ask Nikola is a Generative AI tool for Sales Vision CRM users, located in the main menu of the Admin application. It allows users to ask questions and receive answers generated from official documentation provided by the Media-Soft Support team. For every answer provided, the tool identifies the source of the information and allows the user to download the original source documents.
  9. Manage additional person data (Surveys, Microtargeting, and Documents)

The Person module includes several specialized tabs for data management:

    • Microtargeting: Overview of all microtargeting actions performed on the person. Use 'Add' to create new actions.
    • Surveys: Tracks surveys sent to the person, including date, survey name, specialty, and the representative who presented it. Use 'Add' to present a new survey.
    • Documents: Allows uploading and previewing files such as music and video.
    • Map: Displays the GPS position of the selected person.
    • Adoption ladder: Displays product lists with codelist stages and a history of changes (user, product, stage, and date).
