Overview of Scout AI Pipeline Components
Scout provides a no-code/low-code environment to build AI pipelines using the following core components:
- Workflows: The logical backbone of a pipeline that maps out the sequence of steps (e.g., data ingestion $\rightarrow$ LLM processing $\rightarrow$ output).
- Blocks: Functional units that perform specific tasks. Examples include HTTP Blocks for data fetching, LLM Blocks for text generation/analysis, and Output Blocks for delivering results.
- Collections: A managed vector database used to store documents or custom knowledge, enabling Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) by providing context to the LLM.
- Triggers: Events that start a workflow, such as a Slack message or an HTTP web endpoint.
