What's inside HanJiang Supply Chain

  1. Overview of Finance Settlement Management functions

The Finance Settlement Management module allows administrators to manage funds related to customer orders and procurement orders through the following features:

    • Cash Journal (现金日记): Records customer receipts, supplier payments, and general company operational income/expenses.
    • Cash Daily Settlement (现金日结): Aggregates daily cash data for the current month and allows regeneration of specific days' data.
    • Cash Accounts (现金科目): Manages financial account categories used in the Cash Journal.
    • Daily Fund Summary (资金每日汇总): Aggregates daily financial data for reconciliation purposes.
    • Order Write-off (核销订单): Offsets customer orders based on received payments.
    • Payment Method Management (交易方式管理): Manages all transaction methods used within the platform.
  2. Overview of Supplier Management functions

The Supplier Management module provides the following core capabilities:

    • Company Suppliers: Centralized management of all platform suppliers.
    • Comprehensive Supplier Reconciliation: Financial reconciliation results based on daily procurement data.
    • Unpaid Supply List: Summary of all outstanding amounts owed to suppliers.
    • Daily Procurement Reconciliation: Process for cashiers to reconcile sales documents against procurement documents.
    • Audit Daily Procurement Reconciliation: Review process by financial supervisors to approve reconciliation results and generate comprehensive reconciliation data.
  3. Overview of Order Management module functions

The Order Management module provides the following core capabilities for managing customer orders:

    • Delivery Management: Coordinate delivery drivers for the day's orders.
    • All Order List: Manage all customer orders (defaults to current day).
    • Shortage Query: Identify out-of-stock items in orders and notify customers.
    • Customer Shopping Cart: Monitor items in customer carts to prompt forgotten orders.
    • First Order List: Track and follow up with customers placing their first order.
    • Procurement Ordering: Manage relationships between products and suppliers.
    • Procurement Pricing: Adjust procurement and sales prices based on market fluctuations.
    • Delivery Note Query: Export and print order information for shipping.
    • Update Order Status: Process receipts, returns, and replenishment based on delivery results.
  4. Perform sorting by category

Sorting by category is the default mode. The process consists of two main steps: locating the product and printing the sorting label.

    Locating Products:

    • Hierarchical Search: Select a primary category, then a secondary category to list today's ordered products in that category.
    • Pinyin Search: Enter the pinyin initials of the product (e.g., 'TD' for 土豆/Potato) in the search box and click query.
    • Visual Cues: Green items in the list indicate pending orders (the number shows the count); grey items indicate all orders for that product are completed.

    Printing Labels:

    • Place the item on the electronic scale. The system automatically matches the weight to the closest order.
    • Click '分拣打印' (Sorting Print) to print a label containing the product name, weight, date, customer name, customer ID, and a QR code.
    • If the automatic match is incorrect (e.g., due to specific order remarks), manually select the correct customer order before printing.
  5. Handle out-of-stock items and shopping carts

Administrators can manage order gaps and pending purchases:

    • Shortage Query: View out-of-stock items for the day's orders and send shortage notifications directly to the customer's APP terminal via internal messaging.
    • Customer Shopping Cart: Monitor items currently in customer carts to identify forgotten orders and notify customers promptly.
  6. Check for missing or unpicked items

Drivers can use two specific functions to manage inventory discrepancies:

    1. Check Missing Items (查缺货): Click the bottom-right button to view a list of all officially missing items on the assigned delivery route.
    2. Check Unpicked Items (未点货): Click the bottom-left button to view items that were sorted but not found/picked during the checking process. If items remain unpicked after the process is complete, the driver must coordinate with the sorting supervisor for replenishment or re-sorting.
  7. Track order profitability and returns

The system provides two specialized tracking tools:

    • Profit Statistics: In 'Order Profit Statistics' (订单盈利统计), select a time range to view data aggregated either by order or by product.
    • Returns and Feedback: The 'Returns and Feedback' (退货及反馈) page displays all data related to customer returns and feedback.
  8. Register vehicle information in the driver mini-program

First-time users must register their vehicle information by scanning the mini-program QR code via WeChat. The registration requires the following details: Name, Mobile Phone Number, Vehicle Type, and License Plate Number. After submitting, the system administrator reviews the information and assigns a delivery route.
  9. Track product sales and profit statistics

Administrators can use the 'Product Statistics' (商品统计) feature to analyze sales volume, sales amount, and gross profit for products over a specific time period. Queries can be filtered by order time and product category.
  10. Create and organize blog posts in Docusaurus

Docusaurus blogging features are powered by the @docusaurus/plugin-content-blog plugin. To create blog posts, add Markdown files or folders to the blog directory.

Post dates can be automatically extracted from filenames using the format YYYY-MM-DD-title.md (e.g., 2019-05-30-welcome.md) or by placing an index.md inside a folder named with the date (e.g., 2019-05-30-welcome/index.md). Using a folder for each post is recommended for co-locating post-specific images.

  11. Analyze customer-based gross profit (Customer Purchase-Sales Ratio)

Use the 'Customer Purchase-Sales Ratio' (客户采购销售比) feature to analyze gross profit aggregated by customer. This tool automatically summarizes multiple orders from the same customer. Filtering options include order time, route, customer name, and ordering account. Reports can be generated using the 'Export' button.
