What's inside Nodefusion Portal

  1. Manage organization support cases via Case List

The Case List page provides an overview of an organization's active support cases created within the last 6 months. Depending on user permissions, users can create new cases, modify existing ones, and monitor active cases. The case table includes the following data columns: Case Name, Case Number, Contact, Created On, Subject, Priority, Support Level, and Status.
  2. Use the Feedback form to collect user opinions and bug reports

The Feedback page allows users to provide opinions on the application, suggest improvements, report bugs, or request new features. The form consists of two primary inputs: a subject selector and a text area for detailed feedback or help requests. The available subjects for selection are: 'Give feedback', 'send an idea', and 'report a bug'.
  3. Use the Nodefusion Portal Public connector in Microsoft Flow and Azure Logic Apps

The Nodefusion Portal Public connector allows developers to automate Nodefusion Portal actions within Microsoft Flow and Azure Logic Apps. Detailed documentation regarding specific actions, definitions, and limits is hosted on the Microsoft Learn site.
  4. Manage and select organizations in NodeFusion

The Organizations Select Page serves as the central hub for managing organization access. It consists of three primary functional areas: a list of currently accessible organizations, a request form for new access, and a token activation area.
  5. Manage and update support cases in the Case Edit page

The Case Edit page provides detailed information about a support case and allows for specific updates. While most fields are read-only, users can modify the 'Status' and 'New Comment' fields.

    Available Status options include:

    • In Progress
    • On Hold
    • Waiting for Details
    • Problem Solved
    • Information Provided
    • Canceled
    • Merged

Other visible fields include Case number, Subject, Contact, Additional CC email addresses, Created On, Case Name, Description, Priority (Important, Urgent, Critical), and Support Level (Level 1 - Level 4).

  6. Manage and delete organization permissions in Nodefusion Portal

The Permissions table allows administrators to view organization permissions and the users they are assigned to. The table includes columns for selection (Checkbox), the user's Display Name, and the specific Permission assigned. To remove a permission, select the desired rows and use the Delete button.

Important: After a permission is deleted, the affected users must refresh their access token by logging out and logging back in for the changes to take effect.

  7. Accept Terms and Conditions to access the application

Users must accept the application's terms and conditions before they can access the main application. If a user has not yet accepted these terms, they are automatically redirected to the Terms page. This page provides a link to the full terms and conditions and a mandatory checkbox that must be checked to grant access to the application.
  8. Update Billing Service email addresses

In the Billing Services section, you can modify the 'Bill To Email' for one or multiple billing services. Select the desired rows using the checkboxes and click the Save button. Note that changes to billing emails are not applied immediately and require approval from the Nodefusion administration.
  9. Grant organization permissions to users

Use the Grant Permission form to request additional permissions for yourself or another user within the organization.

    Form Fields:

    • Permissions: Select from Full Access (FA), Manage (M), Write (W), Read (R), or Support User (SU).
    • Expires on: A read-only field automatically set to the current date plus 3 days.
    • Invitation Email: The email address of the user receiving the permission. This must be the email address the user uses (or will use) to register on the Nodefusion Portal.

Activation Process: After clicking the Grant Permission button, the recipient receives an email containing an activation token. This token must be entered on the Organization Select page to activate the permissions. The system verifies that the token matches the correct registered user during activation.
