What's inside Netzo

  1. Contact ROKAWARE regarding subprocessor changes

To inquire about subprocessors or receive notifications regarding changes to the subprocessor list, contact ROKAWARE at hello@netzo.io. If a notice contact was registered in the Order Form, ROKAWARE will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify that contact in advance of changes.
  2. Understand Netzo's sub-processor policy and scope

ROKAWARE utilizes third-party sub-processors to provide the Netzo service. This list is incorporated by reference into the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Note that the following are NOT considered sub-processors of ROKAWARE: integrators or consultants hired by the Client, AI agents or models connected by the Client, integrations under the Client's control, and providers that do not process personal data of the Service.
  3. Understand the distinction between Controller and Processor in Netzo

ROKAWARE acts as the controller for visitors to netzo.io, commercial/billing contacts, and account/security data for app.netzo.io. However, when a Customer uses app.netzo.io to process data of their own employees, customers, or suppliers (Customer Data), the Customer is the controller and ROKAWARE acts as the processor. In the latter case, processing is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and the Customer's instructions, not the public Privacy Notice.
  4. Access Netzo developer resources and API documentation

Netzo provides several endpoints and portals for developers to integrate with their Operational ERP. Key resources include the Developer Portal for quickstarts and OAuth scopes, and the OpenAPI specification for API keys and error shapes.
    - Developer Portal: https://netzo.io/developers
    - OpenAPI Spec: https://netzo.io/openapi.json
    - API Health Check: https://netzo.io/api/v1/health
    - Search Index: https://netzo.io/api/search.json
  5. Limit or revoke consent for secondary data processing

To opt-out of secondary purposes (such as commercial communications, newsletters, or survey invitations), users can:

    1. Email hello@netzo.io with the subject "Data use limit".
    2. Use the unsubscribe link provided in communications.
    3. Block non-essential cookies in the browser.
  6. Request markdown content from Netzo legal and blog pages

Netzo supports content negotiation for public legal and blog pages. To receive a response in markdown format, send a request to the canonical URL with the Accept: text/markdown header. The server indicates this via the Vary: Accept response header.
    curl -H "Accept: text/markdown" https://netzo.io/en/legal/privacy-notice
  7. Monitor Netzo sub-processor changes and notifications

The current list of sub-processors is maintained at https://netzo.io/legal/subprocesadores. Changes to sub-processors do not modify the Master Service Agreement (MSA). If a Client has registered a notice contact in their Service Order, ROKAWARE will attempt to notify them with reasonable advance notice of changes.
  8. Understand data controller vs. processor roles in Netzo

ROKAWARE acts as the data controller for:

    • Visitors and prospects of netzo.io.
    • Commercial, billing, and support contacts.
    • Account, authentication, security, and support data used to operate app.netzo.io.

When a Customer uses app.netzo.io to process data of their own employees, clients, or providers (Customer Data), the Customer is the data controller and ROKAWARE acts as the data processor. This relationship is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Customer instructions, not the general Privacy Notice.

  9. Limit the use of personal data for secondary purposes

To opt-out of secondary data processing (such as commercial communications, newsletters, event invitations, or surveys), users can:

    1. Send an email to hello@netzo.io with the subject line "Límite de uso de datos".
    2. Use the unsubscribe link provided in communications.
    3. Configure non-essential cookies in their web browser.
  10. Exercise ARCO rights for data held by ROKAWARE

Data subjects can exercise Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) rights for data where ROKAWARE is the controller. Requests must be sent to hello@netzo.io and include: name, notification channel, identity/representation documents, and a description of the data and the specific right being exercised. ROKAWARE will respond within twenty business days and execute granted requests within a further fifteen business days.
  11. Exercise ARCO rights for personal data

Users can exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO), or revoke consent for data controlled by ROKAWARE.

To submit a request, email hello@netzo.io with the following details:

    • Full name
    • Notification method
    • Identity or representation documents
    • Description of the data and the specific right being exercised
    • Any additional information to help locate the data

ROKAWARE will respond within 20 business days and, if applicable, execute the request within an additional 15 business days.
