Overview of the Gua\spi language design
Gua\spi is an artificial natural language designed for efficient use by both humans and artificial intelligence. It aims to minimize the effort required to map letters to meanings, making it suitable for simple parsing (e.g., via Prolog). Key characteristics include:
- Simplicity: A formal syntax significantly smaller than English, with approximately 1,400 content words and only eight classes of structure words.
- Modularity: Morphology, grammar, organization, and semantics are defined separately.
- Completeness: Uses agglutination to represent most meanings not tied to specific cultures.
- Unambiguity: Features a one-sound-per-letter and one-meaning-per-word mapping, ensuring every valid utterance has only one parse.
