What's inside Koodisi

  1. Interact with SFTP servers

    Koodisi provides SFTP capabilities through:

    • SFTP Connection: A resource to define the server connection configuration.
    • SFTP File Info: An activity to retrieve metadata about a remote file.
    • General activities for reading, writing, listing, and deleting files on an SFTP server.
  2. Retrieve local file metadata with File Info

The File Info activity is used to retrieve metadata information about a file located on the local file system.
  3. Organize resources using Workspaces

Workspaces are used to organize resources, control access, and manage shared applications and workflows to facilitate collaboration between users.
  4. Use the Execution Info activity

The Execution Info activity is used to retrieve metadata and information about the current workflow execution.
  5. Manage reusable schemas in the Schema Registry

The Schema Registry is used to store and govern reusable JSON Schemas, OpenAPI specifications, and WSDL service contracts across Koodisi applications and workflows.
  6. Manage schema definitions

Define a schema structure once and reuse it across multiple schemas within an application to ensure consistency.
  7. Trigger workflows via Webhooks

The Webhook activity allows a workflow to be triggered by listening for incoming webhook calls. For Paycor-specific integrations, the Webhook Receiver activity can be used to start a workflow when Paycor posts an event to a webhook endpoint.
  8. Export a Workflow

To export a workflow: 1. Navigate to the workflow in the Applications panel. 2. Right-click on the workflow and select 'Export Workflow'. If the workflow has no dependencies on other files, it will be exported immediately as a ZIP file.
  9. Access and configure workspace settings

To configure a workspace: 1. Select the workspace from the Workspaces drop-down list in the top-right corner of the page. 2. Click the Settings icon in the main menu to access the Settings page.
  10. Use Lookup Tables in workflows

Lookup Tables can be integrated into workflows by dragging and dropping them directly within the Lookup Config screen.
  11. Create a new Workspace

To create a workspace: 1. Navigate to the Workspaces page (via the header workspace selector -> 'View all workspaces' or the Home page -> 'View workspaces'). 2. Click the 'Create' button.
