What's inside OMS Compass

  1. Update assets from Pivolt

To update assets with the latest changes from Pivolt, navigate to the Positions menu. This allows you to visualize the account status of investors who hold a selected asset in their portfolios. Clicking the 'Actualizar Activo' (Update Asset) button will synchronize the assets; a success message 'Activos Actualizados' will appear upon completion.
Menu Path: Órdenes ➔ Generación Masiva de Órdenes ➔ Posiciones
  2. Generate pre-orders in bulk

Bulk pre-order generation allows the creation of pre-orders across multiple accounts simultaneously. After filling in the required fields and clicking 'Guardar', a 'Guardado' message appears. The system then updates the settlement date values (DO, D1, D2, DN) on the cash screen based on the generated pre-orders.
Menu Path: Órdenes ➔ Generación Masiva de Órdenes ➔ Posiciones
  3. Generate bulk pre-orders by NAV

When generating pre-orders based on Net Asset Value (NAV):

    • Single Asset, Multiple Portfolios: If multiple portfolios are selected for one asset, pre-orders are only generated for portfolios that currently hold a position in that asset.
    • Mixed Asset Types: When generating for multiple types (Equity, FIncome, Fund, and Option), the system will issue a warning for any asset that does not have a position in a specific portfolio. Pre-orders will not be generated for those without positions, but will be created for those with a 'saved' status.
  4. Generate and route mass orders

After pre-orders are created and edited, they can be converted into final orders via Órdenes -> Generación Masiva de Órdenes -> Pre Órdenes.

Once generated, orders are automatically routed based on the counterparty:

    1. OMS Broker: Orders where the counterparty is 'CGCO' are sent here for approval. Access via Órdenes -> Aprobar Órdenes.
    2. OMS Ria: Orders where the counterparty is NOT 'CGCO' are sent to the 'Cruzar / Consolidar Órdenes' screen. Access via Órdenes -> Cruzar / Consolidar/ Enviar Órdenes.
  5. Edit pre-orders individually or in bulk

Pre-orders can be managed through two primary methods:

    1. Unitary Transaction Editing: Allows generating a pre-order after a search and mass selection of portfolios.
    2. Pre-order View Editing: Supports both unitary and mass editing. When performing a mass edit via the 'Edición Masiva de Pre-ordenes' modal, only the fields explicitly updated in the modal are saved; all other fields retain their original generated values.
  6. Distribute buy pre-orders by position amount

The system supports distributing a total placed amount across multiple pre-orders based on position:

    1. Same Asset, Different Portfolios: If the same asset is selected across different portfolios, the total amount (e.g., 10,000) is distributed among the pre-orders for each portfolio.
    2. Different Assets, Different Portfolios: When multiple asset types (FIncome, Fund, Equity, Option) are selected across different portfolios, the total amount (e.g., 20,000) is distributed based on the existing position amounts of those assets within each portfolio.
  7. Create a single pre-order in the OMS

To create a pre-order for a single account, navigate to Órdenes ➔ Generación Masiva de Órdenes ➔ Caja. The input fields are similar to bulk orders but focused on a single entity:

    • Transaction Type: Buy, Sell, or Buy/Sell.
    • Broker: Routing counterparty (defaults to account custodian if empty).
    • Asset: The asset for the pre-order.
    • Ingresar por: Processing method (Cantidad, Monto, % Caja, % NAV, or % Posición).
    • Monto/ Cantidad/ Tasa: Numerical value for calculation.
    • Order Type: Execution type (Mercado, Limit, or Stop).
    • Precio Stop/ Limit: Price for Stop/Limit orders.
    • Tipo de Envío: Shipping type (Cantidad or Monto).
    • Precio Market: Current market price (editable).
    • Observación: Associated notes.

Upon saving, the system updates the settlement dates (DO, D1, D2, DN) for the generated pre-order.
