What's inside Investra
- Investra is a decoupled application consisting of a frontend (web) built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS, and a backend developed using Laravel. The frontend is designed to be deployed on Vercel, while the backend must be hosted separately on platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure, VPS, or cPanel.
Perform administrative actions on contract transfers
Each transfer record in the table has an action menu allowing administrators to:
- View Details: Access complete information about the transfer.
- Approve: Initiate the approval process for a pending transfer. This triggers a confirmation modal with a warning message to prevent accidental approvals.
- Reject: Deny the transfer request.
- Change Status: Manually modify the current status of the transfer.
Export and download system reports
The system provides three primary reports: Transaction Report (user transactions), Yacht Report (user yacht data), and Login Log Report (user login history). All report pages support exporting data to an Excel file or downloading the report as a PDF.Manage geographic locations in the Cities section
The Cities section is used by administrators to manage geographic locations where real estate projects are available, enabling users to filter and discover projects by location. Access this section via the sidebar: Manage Projects → Cities. The main table displays the city Name, its Status (Active or Inactive), and available Actions.Deployment recommendations for Investra
Investra uses a two-part architecture consisting of a Laravel Admin/API and a Next.js Client. Deploying both on cPanel is discouraged due to Node.js runtime limitations and shared hosting performance constraints.
Recommended deployment strategies:
- VPS or Cloud Hosting: Use providers like DigitalOcean, AWS, Linode, or Vultr for full environment control.
- Hybrid Deployment: Deploy the Laravel Admin on cPanel and the Next.js Client on Vercel.
