What's inside Sahha

  1. Overview of Sahha Insights

Sahha Insights transform raw health data (scores, factors, and biomarkers) into actionable signals by detecting patterns in user behavior, such as change, consistency, and progress. Unlike point-in-time scores, Insights provide the context and story behind the data to enable engagement, analysis, and early intervention. Insights are calculated automatically and delivered via API with zero additional configuration required.
  2. Overview of the Mental Wellbeing Score

The Mental Wellbeing Score evaluates an individual's overall mental wellness by analyzing behavioral patterns (physical activity and sleep) to identify risks or resilience. It is a wellness tool and not a diagnostic measure; it should not replace professional medical advice.
  3. Overview of Intervengine core components

Intervengine utilizes several key components to deliver health interventions:

    • Cards: Used to interact with participants. Types include Activity Cards (surveys, assessments, check-ins), Content Cards (educational articles, videos), and Health Measure Cards (logging health data).
    • Journeys: Visual state-machine workflows that automate the delivery of cards and messages based on time, responses, and triggers.
    • Groups: Control visibility and access, determining which coaches can see which participants.
    • Tags: Used to label and segment participants for targeted delivery and filtering.
    • Tasks: Action items that require coach attention (e.g., assessment reviews).
    • Campaigns: Tools for sending bulk messages to participant groups.
    • Webhooks: Integration points for external systems.
  4. Overview of the Activity Score

The Activity Score provides a holistic measure of physical activity and fitness levels, ranging from 0.0 to 1.0. It evaluates daily movement and physical engagement to help users identify areas for health improvement. The current version is 1.0.

  5. Overview of available health intervention programs

Intervengine provides several pre-defined health journeys:

    • Nourish: Focuses on healthy relationships with food, mindful eating, and balanced meals.
    • QuitHelp: Supports smoking cessation, specifically designed for European, Maori, and Pasifika populations.
    • SleepFit: A behavioral and educational approach to improving sleep hygiene and environment.
    • TahaWairua / Taioranga / Hei Mahi / PreDiabetes: Culturally appropriate health literacy support for Maori and Pasifika populations based on Te Whare Tapa Wha principles.
    • Type 2 Diabetes: A 9-month message-based program for self-management, tailored for Maori and European participants.
  6. Overview of Intervengine third-party integrations

Intervengine supports two types of integrations: Passive data (SDKs collecting background health data) and Active experiences (embedded partner content in cards). Available integrations include:

    • Sahha: Passive health data and wellness scores.
    • KinesTex: AI movement tracking and exercise feedback.
    • Typeform: Interactive forms and surveys (Coming Soon).
    • Cal.com: Appointment booking (Coming Soon).
    • Topol.io: Email template builder (Coming Soon).
  7. Overview of Sahha Health and Wellness Scores

Sahha transforms complex health data from smartphones and wearables into normalized 0-1 scores (where 1.0 is optimal). Each score is explainable, meaning it is broken down into contributing factors that include current values, goals, and sub-scores to provide actionable insights for users.

    Key capabilities include:

    • Device Agnostic: Works with smartphones alone or in combination with wearables.
    • Real-time: Scores update within 1 minute of new data arrival.
    • Retroactive Data: Provides 14 days of retroactive scores upon integration.
    • Adaptability: If specific data is missing, the system adjusts the score; a minimum of 3 factors is required for a valid score.
  8. Overview of the Readiness Score

The Readiness Score evaluates an individual's preparedness for physical and mental activities based on recovery from physical strain. It uses a scale from 0.0 to 1.0 to indicate how well-rested a user is.

    Score Interpretation:

    • 0.81 - 1.00 (High): Well-recovered; ready for high-intensity activities.
    • 0.61 - 0.80 (Medium): Moderately recovered; suitable for moderate activities.
    • 0.41 - 0.60 (Low): Limited recovery; prioritize lighter activities.
    • 0.00 - 0.40 (Minimal): Minimal recovery; focus on rest and recuperation.
  9. Understand the Card, Activity Plan, and Activity Plan Detail hierarchy

Intervengine uses a three-tier model to deliver content and activities to participants:

    1. Card (Template): A reusable recipe created once in the Cards library. It defines what to deliver (Activity, Content, or Health Measure).
    2. Activity Plan (Schedule): Created when a Card is assigned to a specific participant (manually or via a Journey). It acts as a scheduling container defining the participant, source card, recurrence (daily, weekly, one-time), start/end dates, and health area.
    3. Activity Plan Detail (App Card): The actual instance generated by the Activity Plan schedule that the participant sees and interacts with in the app. For example, a 'Daily for 4 weeks' Activity Plan generates 28 individual Activity Plan Details.
  10. Organize items with Tags and Tag Types

Tags are descriptive labels used to create shared context across different item types, such as Participants, Journeys, Tasks, or Cards. For example, a tag like Leadership-Skills can be applied to a participant, a specific card, and a task to link them all to the same topic.

Tag Types are optional categories assigned to Tags to further classify, filter, and report on them.

  11. Intervention Program: Gout

The Gout Journey is designed for New Zealanders, Maori, and Pasifika prescribed Allopurinol. It focuses on educating participants that Gout is primarily genetic rather than lifestyle-based, improving beliefs about Allopurinol use, and correcting behaviors like stopping treatment to 'test' the condition.
  12. Integrate Cal.com for scheduling

Cal.com (currently in development) allows participants to book sessions with coaches/clinicians via the App and allows coaches to manage availability via the Portal. It supports one-on-one coaching, clinical appointments, follow-up check-ins, and group sessions. This is a paid integration requiring a separate Cal.com license and API credentials.
