archivio.com Documentation

archivio.com is a customizable digital infrastructure developed by Promemoria Group for managing and enhancing corporate historical archives. The technology stack consists of two primary layers: a modified and optimized Pimcore PIM platform for the creation and management of the historical archive, and a secure, login-protected navigation interface designed for both internal corporate use and external users.

archivio.com is provided under a license requiring a fixed annual fee. This fee includes a base amount of storage, user support, and minor updates. Licensing costs are structured in packages based on the features activated at the start, including limits on the number of users. Additional features, services, and add-ons developed by Promemoria Group may be integrated into the license over time.
