  1. Overview of Docusaurus features

    Docusaurus is a documentation framework designed for quick installation and deployment. It allows developers to focus on content by placing documentation files in the docs directory and provides extensibility through React, enabling custom website layouts while maintaining consistent global elements like headers and footers.

  2. Manage driving school content via the LMS Home Dashboard

    After logging into the LMS admin portal, the home interface allows users to perform the following management tasks:

    • Khóa học (Courses): Manage the driving school's courses.
    • Câu hỏi (Questions): Manage the list of review and final exam questions.
    • Bộ đề (Question Sets): Manage the list of review and final exam sets.
    • Bài giảng (Lectures): Manage the list of lectures and subjects.

  3. Manage driving school content via the LMS Home Page

    Once logged into the home interface of the online driving school management system, users can perform the following administrative tasks:

    • Courses (Khóa học): Manage the driving school's courses.
    • Questions (Câu hỏi): Manage the list of review and final exam questions.
    • Question Sets (Bộ đề): Manage the list of review and final exam sets.
    • Lectures (Bài giảng): Manage the list of lectures and subjects.

  4. Manage and search the Question List

    The Question List feature (Version 1.0.0) allows users to manage and review a list of questions. Users can perform targeted searches for questions filtered by specific subjects, chapters, and other categories.

  6. Set up Chat functionality between Teachers and Students

    To enable the Chat feature between Teachers and Students, you must first assign a teacher in charge of the subject (refer to the 'Add Teacher' section). Once assigned, teachers can log in to the administration portal using their National ID (CCCD) as the username and their card number or certificate number (GCN) as the password.

  7. Create and configure an exam in a course

    To add an exam to a course, navigate to Home ➔ Courses ➔ Select a course. Use the exam addition tool to configure the following parameters:

    1. Exam Name: Assign a name to the test.
    2. Exam Mode:
      • Centralized (Thi tập trung): Requires students to take the exam at the training facility. The exam is only visible when the student logs in via the SHLX Exams application installed on the facility's computers.
      • Free (Thi tự do): Allows students to take practice tests anywhere. Results from this mode are not used for graduation assessment.
    3. Schedule: Set the start and end dates. Students cannot take the exam after the end date has passed.
    4. Criteria: Define the number of questions required, the passing score, and the time limit.
    5. Exam Library: Select the desired exam from the pre-built library, move it to the active list using the '>' button, and save the settings.

  8. Add a new teacher to the system

    To add a new teacher to the system, navigate to the Menu Tab and select 'Giáo viên' (Teachers). From there, select 'Thêm giáo viên' (Add Teacher), enter the required teacher information, and click 'Lưu' (Save) to complete the process.

  9. Create and organize blog posts in Docusaurus

    Docusaurus blogging features are powered by the @docusaurus/plugin-content-blog plugin. To create blog posts, add Markdown files or folders to the blog directory.

    • Date Extraction: The blog post date is automatically extracted from the filename (e.g., 2019-05-30-welcome.md or 2019-05-30-welcome/index.md).
    • Asset Management: Using a folder for a blog post (e.g., folder-name/index.md) allows you to co-locate images and assets within that same folder.
    • Authors: Regular blog authors can be managed in the authors.yml file.
    • Tags: The blog system supports the use of tags for categorization.

  11. Import a new course via XML file

    To import a new course into the system, navigate from the Home page: Home $\rightarrow$ Select Course $\rightarrow$ ⊕ Add Course.

    Steps to upload:

    1. Click Select XML file and choose the BC1 file.
    2. Click Upload.
    3. Upon successful upload, the course list will be displayed in the system.

    Important Constraints:

    • The BC1 file must contain a training facility code that matches the training facility code associated with the provided account.
    • The training facility code is provided by the Department of Transport (Sở GTVT) for use with DAT systems, Teachers, etc.

  12. Assign subjects to a teacher

    To assign specific subjects to a teacher, click the menu icon (☰). A window will appear where you can check the boxes for the subjects the teacher is responsible for teaching. Click 'Lưu' (Save) to finalize the assignment.
