    • AI Infrastructure: Inference (summarization and analysis) runs on Sally's own LLM operated within their own German infrastructure. No external AI providers are used for standard processing.
    • Data Privacy: Customer data is never used to train or improve language models.
    • Certifications: ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management).
