What's inside Propertis

  1. Overview of Properti Information System operational capabilities

Properti Information System is an integrated platform designed to manage the entire operational lifecycle of a property company. It consolidates the following business functions into a single system: marketing unit sales, project construction, financial management, and Human Resources (HR) management.
  2. Overview of the Log menu features

The Log menu provides a suite of tools to monitor attendance activities and administrative submissions. It consists of four primary sections:

    1. Daftar Pengajuan Cuti: Tracks all leave requests, including approval status and dates.
    2. Kalender Kehadiran: A monthly calendar summary showing work days, permits, absences, overtime, and other attendance data.
    3. Histori Kehadiran: A detailed daily log of clock-in/out times, lateness, or absences.
    4. Histori Laporan Aktivitas: A summary of submitted daily work reports and activity logs for review.
  3. Overview of the Total Unit Information Center

The Total Unit page serves as a central information hub designed to provide a comprehensive overview of a property project's status and development. It uses interactive visual displays to allow users to monitor all construction aspects from a single page.
  4. Manage general project budgets using RAB Non Unit

The RAB Non Unit page is used to manage Budget Plans (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) for general project needs or supporting work that is not directly linked to a specific unit (e.g., area infrastructure or public facilities). This ensures that global project costs are recorded and managed systematically.
  5. Understand the Propertis Dashboard layout

The Dashboard serves as the system home page, providing a high-level overview of system performance and activity through a card-based interface. It is divided into three primary functional areas:

    • Monitoring: Displays real-time system conditions and the most recent activities.
    • Histori (History): Provides summaries of previous data and activity logs.
    • Statistik (Statistics): Offers data analysis through metrics and visual representations.
  6. Manage workspace roles and access privileges

The Role Privileges menu allows administrators to manage roles and access rights within a workspace. Roles are displayed as cards for easy identification. The system provides the following capabilities:

    • Search for specific roles by name.
    • Create new roles and assign their corresponding access privileges.
    • Modify the access configuration of existing roles.
    • Delete roles that are no longer required.
  7. Manage project warranties using the Garansi page

The Garansi page is used to manage data and documentation for work or unit warranties within a project. This ensures that quality guarantees provided after project completion are structured, documented, and easily accessible. Key capabilities include:

    • Adding Warranties: Create new warranty records by entering work/unit information and uploading supporting documents.
    • Editing Warranties: Update existing warranty details or refresh associated documentation.
    • Deleting Warranties: Remove unnecessary or incorrect warranty records (typically requires confirmation).
    • Downloading Documents: Export warranty documents for archiving, project documentation, or as proof of guarantee for stakeholders.
  8. Manage and apply for vacation leave (Cuti)

The Vacation (Cuti) feature is used to apply for and manage leave requests based on employee entitlements. The system automatically deducts the leave balance, records the usage history, and facilitates the approval process.
  9. Analyze employee attendance performance using the Statistik menu

The Statistik menu provides a comprehensive table summarizing employee attendance performance over a specific time period. Users can apply date filters to review statistics for a desired range. The menu tracks key performance indicators including normal vs. actual work hours, late counts and minutes, early checkouts, overtime (both weekday and holiday), and absence recaps (Permission, Sick, Leave, Unexplained, and Total Absences). It also provides quick access to daily activities and a 'View Detail' feature for in-depth individual data analysis and performance evaluation.
  10. Manage work quality inspections using the Pengecekan Kualitas page

The Pengecekan Kualitas (Quality Check) page is used to manage the process of inspecting and recording the quality of work within a project to ensure it meets defined quality standards. It provides a systematic way to document inspections, allowing project quality to be monitored and controlled effectively.
  11. Generate and analyze employee attendance reports in the Laporan module

The Laporan module provides a tabular summary of employee attendance data organized by month for a selected year. It allows users to filter by year to view all monthly recaps for that period. Each monthly table includes metrics for: permissions (izin), sick leave (sakit), annual leave (cuti), daily activity, unexplained absences (tanpa keterangan), total absences, total attendance, and total working days. Users can use the 'View Detail' feature to access granular attendance data for individual employees.
  12. Submit and record Overtime (Lembur)

The Overtime (Lembur) feature allows employees to apply for and record work activities performed outside of regular working hours. The system tracks the duration of overtime to provide data for evaluation and compensation calculations.
