Template contents overwrite individual business card contents where they overlap. Personal information should still be entered individually or via import. Common use cases include company-wide branding, department-specific layouts, or event-specific cards (e.g., trade shows).

    3. Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar and select Salesforce under 'CRM & Mailing'.
    4. Enter the following configuration values:
      • Client: Enter the Salesforce Consumer Key.
      • Client Secret: Enter the Salesforce Consumer Secret.
      • Instance Domain: Enter your Salesforce instance domain (provide only the value appearing before salesforce.com).
    5. Click Save.
  11. Understand oneVcard role and permission logic

oneVcard uses a role-based permission system to control user access. All users are automatically assigned to a default 'User' role, which is restrictive and cannot be removed. Permissions are managed via toggles: if a toggle is 'on' (green), the user is allowed to perform that action; if 'off', the action is restricted. Administrators can enable or disable all permissions within a specific category using a top-level master toggle.
  12. Automate user team placement with User Assignments

User Assignments (available for Enterprise accounts) allow you to automatically move users added through an integration into specific sub-teams based on defined criteria. Multiple criteria can be added to a single assignment; these are combined using AND logic, meaning all specified conditions must be met for the assignment to trigger.
