It simplifies package shipping by providing access to multiple shipping couriers and supporting both COD (Cash On Delivery) and Non-COD shipping methods. Key features include daily fund disbursement for COD shipments and home pick-up services for both COD and Non-COD packages.

KiriminAja Poin is a loyalty program where users earn points for every package sent via KiriminAja. These points can be accumulated and exchanged for exclusive rewards available on the KiriminAja Poin page. Users can track their point history and redemption status directly within the dashboard.

Passkey is a modern verification method that uses a device's built-in security (biometrics or screen locks) to access accounts and confirm transactions in KiriminAja. It serves as a more secure alternative to passwords and WhatsApp OTPs by using cryptographic key pairs that remain on the user's device and are not sent to KiriminAja servers.

COD Advance is a fast-disbursement feature for COD packages. It allows users to withdraw up to 50% of the item's value while the COD package is still in the delivery process.

The Parse Paket feature allows users to process shipping orders using a predefined text format. This is designed for businesses that receive orders outside of a marketplace, such as through WhatsApp or email, allowing them to use the text format as an order form that can be directly imported into KiriminAja to book shipping services.

In the KiriminAja logistics workflow, 'Pick up' is the initial stage where a courier collects goods from the sender's location (warehouse, store, etc.) to move them to a distribution center. 'Drop off' is the subsequent stage where the goods are delivered to the final destination or customer address.
