  1. Understand the AmPmCx fund deposit process

    Funds transferred to AmPmCx proceed through four distinct stages:

    1. Withdrawal from the external wallet or platform (broadcast to the network).
    2. Blockchain confirmation (requires a varying number of network confirmations depending on the blockchain).
    3. Deposit to a cold wallet (all credited deposits are moved to cold storage).
    4. Balance credited to the user account.

  2. Navigate the AmPmCx Wallet page

    The Wallet page provides the following functionality:

    • Estimated Balance: The top section displays the total estimated value of all crypto holdings in USD.
    • Search: A search feature is available to locate specific cryptoassets within the wallet.

  4. Create a new AmPmCx account

    To register for an AmPmCx account, visit the official website at ampmcx.com and click the 'Sign Up' button in the top navigation bar. You will be redirected to the signup page (ampmcx.com/auth/signup) where you must provide a valid email address and a strong password. You may optionally enter a referral code. Before submitting, you must read and agree to the Terms of Use by checking the consent box. After clicking 'Sign Up', you may be required to solve a CAPTCHA challenge. Finally, you must activate your account via the confirmation email sent to your registered address. Note: Gmail users should check their 'Promotions' tab if the activation email is not in the primary inbox.

  5. Withdraw cryptoassets from AmPmCx

    To withdraw cryptoassets from your AmPmCx account, follow these steps:

    1. Access Withdrawal Page: Log in to your account, click the 'Funds' button in the top navigation bar, and select 'Withdraw'.
    2. Select Asset: Search for the desired cryptoasset by name and select it from the dropdown list. Your available free balance will be displayed at the top of the page.
    3. Fill Withdrawal Form:
      • Recipient Address: Enter the destination address. Ensure the address format matches the asset type; a red-outlined field indicates a format error.
      • Amount: Enter the amount to withdraw. The amount must meet the minimum withdrawal requirement.
    4. Submit Request: Click 'Withdraw'.
    5. Security Verification:
      • If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter the 6-digit one-time password (OTP) from your authenticator app and click 'Verify'.
    6. Confirmation: A withdrawal request email will be sent to your registered email address. Withdrawals are processed during working hours.

    Recent withdrawal activity can be viewed in the 'Withdrawal History' section at the bottom of the withdrawal page.

  6. Deposit cryptocurrency into an AmPmCx account

    To deposit cryptoassets into your AmPmCx account, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your AmPmCx account.
    2. Navigate to the 'Funds' button on the top navigation bar and select 'Deposit'.
    3. On the Deposit Page, search for the desired cryptoasset by name and select it from the dropdown list.
    4. Use the provided deposit address or scan the QR code with your external wallet to initiate the transfer.
    5. Wait for the blockchain to confirm the transaction.

  9. Cancel an open order on AmPmCx

    To cancel an open order on the AmPmCx platform, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your AmPmCx account.
    2. Select "Trade" from the top navigation bar to enter the trading page.
    3. Select the desired trading pair by clicking the current pair and searching for the specific cryptoasset in the dropdown list.
    4. Navigate to the "Open Orders" section.
    5. Click the "Cancel" button next to the specific open order you wish to remove from the orderbook.

  10. Steps to execute a cryptoasset transfer

    To transfer cryptoassets internally on AmPmCx, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Navigate to the "Funds" button in the top navigation bar and select "Transfer".
    3. Search for and select the desired cryptoasset from the dropdown list.
    4. Enter the recipient's address. The address must exist on the exchange. If the input field is outlined in red, the address format is incorrect.
    5. Enter the transfer amount (must meet the minimum requirement).
    6. Click "Transfer".
    7. If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter the 6-digit one-time password (OTP) from your authenticator app and click "Verify".

    After completion, a transfer request email is sent to your registered address, and the transaction will appear in the Transfer History section at the bottom of the transfer page.

  11. Access and share your AmPmCx referral code

    To find and share your referral code to earn commissions, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your AmPmCx account.
    2. Click the 'User' button in the top navigation bar and select 'Account'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Referral' section on the Account page.
    4. Click on your referral code to copy it to your clipboard.

  12. Select a cryptocurrency trading pair

    To change the trading pair, click on the current trading pair displayed on the trading page. Search for the desired cryptoasset by name and select the intended trading pair from the dropdown list.
