Hauling System Manual

Hauling System is a digital platform designed for operational monitoring and control. It integrates functions for activity tracking, data management, and internal team communication to improve work efficiency, process transparency, and data-driven decision-making. The system is primarily intended for internal monitoring and control teams, as well as other stakeholders requiring real-time operational data.

The Shift Data feature allows users to track daily operational performance, such as truck availability (ready for use or damaged) and rain hour logging. This data is used to monitor real-time performance and analyze work efficiency for each shift.

The Account Management area allows users to view their active username and perform three primary administrative tasks: switching the active company (PT), changing the account password, and logging out of the system.

The Issue Report tab provides a centralized interface for accessing all problem reports submitted by the post inspection team. Users can search for and review specific reports to ensure issues are handled quickly and accurately. This feature serves as a communication tool between teams to track and coordinate the resolution status of reported problems.

To download hauling data for external reporting or analysis, click the 'Download' button located in the top right corner of the screen. The resulting Excel file is organized into multiple sheets based on the data requirements.

The Rangkuman Hauling tab acts as a central summary center for all hauling activities collected in the system. Users can search, view, and verify input data to make monitoring more effective. To filter the displayed data, select a date range using the 'Dari Tanggal' (From Date) and 'Sampai Tanggal' (To Date) calendar fields, then click the 'Preview' button to load the data for that specific period.

To view a comprehensive set of all data collected by the system, use the Hauling Summary (Rangkuman Hauling) feature.

The Excel Offline Upload feature allows users to manually upload transaction data into the system when the hauling system is unavailable. The process involves downloading a specific template for a date range, filling in the transaction details, and uploading the file for system confirmation.

Users can view documentation photos from the hauling system by searching for a specific 'Nomor ID' (ID Number). This feature allows for direct verification of field conditions and visual data tracking for hauling and ISP activities. To view a photo, locate the relevant entry in the table and open the image displayed on the right side of the table.

To access the Hauling System, use the username and password provided to you by the IT team after your account is created. Navigate to the login page, enter your credentials, and upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to the main dashboard to access the system's features.

Photos captured by the system can be viewed through the designated photo viewing section within the Pit and ISP features.
