If additional cities are not purchased or selected, the bot operates only based on the primary city, and prices in other regions will mirror the primary city's price.

  3. Maintain product availability with Constant Stock

    The 'Constant Stock' feature automatically restores stock levels and enables product availability if the stock reaches 0 or if the product is marked as unavailable (removed from sale). This is ideal for showcase items or pre-orders that must always appear in search results. The bot checks products with this setting enabled every 15 minutes and automatically updates the stock on Kaspi.

    The 'Delivery Dumping' (Демпинг по дате доставки) feature optimizes profit by ensuring the bot only competes on price with stores that deliver as fast as or faster than your own store. Competitors with longer delivery times are ignored, as faster delivery already provides a competitive advantage in rankings, making price reductions unnecessary for those specific competitors.

  5. Exclude specific stores from competitor price analysis

    The 'Do not compete with stores' (Не конкурировать с магазинами) feature allows you to exclude specific stores from the bot's competitor analysis. This is useful to prevent price wars against your own branches, franchisees, distributors, or partner stores. When a store is added to the exclusion list, the bot ignores its pricing when calculating the optimal price for your product.

  6. Enable and configure Additional Cities for pricing

    To enable multi-city analysis and individual pricing, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the 'Bot Management' (Управление ботом) section.
    2. Purchase the required number of 'Additional Cities' (Дополнительные города).
    3. In the 'Additional Cities' block, select the specific cities you want to include in the analysis.
    4. To apply city-specific pricing to a particular product:
      • Locate the product in 'Product Management' (Управление товарами).
      • Click the three dots (⋮) menu to the right of the product.
      • In the 'City Prices' (Цены в городах) section, enable the 'Individual prices by city' (Индивидуальные цены по городам) option.

  7. Manage pricing behavior when competitors are below minimum price

    The 'Competitor below minimum price' feature prevents unnecessary price drops and protects profit margins when competitors set prices lower than your minimum allowed price. You can choose between two modes:

    1. Min. Price (Мин. цена): The bot simply sets your minimum price and does not attempt to raise it further to compete.
    2. Fight for 2–5th place (Борьба за 2–5 место): The bot adjusts the price to remain competitive within the top 5 positions while preserving profit. This is the default behavior for all products.

    If the feature is disabled, the bot follows standard logic (fighting for 2-5th place).

  8. Activate the Demping bot trial period

    To activate the trial period for a specific store, log into the store you wish to connect and click the "Активировать бесплатно" (Activate for free) button.

    Activating the trial provides the following features and limits:

    • Access to the WhatsApp bot for customer notifications.
    • Delivery dumping for price adjustments.
    • Full access to all other demping-bot functions and platform capabilities.
    • Product limit: Up to 300 products.
    • Turbo-dumping: Available for 5 products.

  9. Configure automated customer notifications via WhatsApp bot

    The WhatsApp bot automates customer notifications regarding order statuses while mimicking human behavior to minimize the risk of account bans.

    Supported order statuses for auto-mailing:

    • New
    • Ready for pickup
    • Kaspi Delivery
    • Store Delivery
    • Completed

    Users can create custom messages for each status and toggle the mailing system on or off.

  10. Manage product stock and pre-order settings for Kaspi

    The 'Pre-order and Product Stock' feature allows you to control product availability on Kaspi by specifying actual stock levels and pre-order delivery times. To update these settings:

    1. Navigate to the «Управление товарами» (Product Management) menu.
    2. Locate the desired product in the «Опубликованно» (Published) section.
    3. Click the three dots (⋮) menu to the right of the product.
    4. Select «Мои склады» (My Warehouses).
    5. Configure the following fields:
      • Остаток (Stock): The quantity of the product currently in stock.
      • Предзаказ (Pre-order): The number of days it will take to deliver the product once an order is placed.
      • Наличие (Availability): Toggle this on to make the product available for sale at this warehouse.
    6. Click «Сохранить» (Save) to apply changes.

  11. Synchronize products from Kaspi to Demping Pro

    To import product data from Kaspi into Demping Pro, navigate to the Управление товарами (Product Management) section and click Синхронизация (Synchronization). The system will automatically download the current price, competitor position, number of competitors, stock levels, and pre-order status. This process typically takes from a few seconds to a couple of minutes.

  12. Connect a Kaspi store using email and password

    To connect your store to Demping Pro using email credentials, use the login details associated with your Kaspi Seller personal account.

    Steps to connect:

    1. Navigate to the 'Add Store' section at https://demping.pro/connect.
    2. Enter the email and password for your store.
    3. Click 'Add Store'.

    If authorization fails despite correct credentials, verify access by logging into the official Kaspi Seller portal (https://kaspi.kz/mc/). If the official portal also denies access, contact Kaspi technical support or recover your account access.
