Fund management is a Pro feature in Growfund that allows users to organize donation campaigns into funds based on cause, purpose, or category. This system improves organization and reporting, making it easier to track performance and manage donations. Note: This feature is not available in the free version of Growfund.
  2. Overview of Fundraiser Management in Growfund Pro

Fundraiser management is a Pro-tier feature in Growfund that allows administrators to create, assign, and manage fundraisers. Fundraisers can create and manage their own campaigns, while administrators track their performance and activity. This feature is not available in the free version of Growfund.
  3. Overview of Growfund Donation Mode

Donation Mode is designed for nonprofits, charities, and organizations to accept direct contributions without offering rewards or pledges. Key concepts include Donations (direct contributions), Donors (supporters), Donation Campaigns (campaigns accepting direct donations), Funds (organizational grouping of campaigns - Pro feature), and Tribute Donations (donations in honor/memory of someone - Pro feature).

  6. Compare Growfund Campaign Mode and Donation Mode

Growfund operates in two distinct modes. You can only use one mode at a time for your entire platform. The choice affects available features, user experience, and fund collection.

    • Campaign Mode: Designed for reward-based crowdfunding. Supporters (Backers) make pledges toward funding goals in exchange for rewards or perks. Ideal for product launches, creative projects, and business ventures.
    • Donation Mode: Designed for direct donations without rewards. Supporters (Donors) make one-time contributions. Ideal for nonprofits, charities, and emergency relief.
  7. Access the Donor Overview dashboard (Pro)

The Pro version provides an enhanced donor overview dashboard featuring a donation summary (total amount and count), a list of supported campaigns, a detailed activity log of donation history, and direct access to all receipts issued to the donor.
  8. Access and interpret the Growfund Analytics Dashboard

The main analytics dashboard provides a high-level overview of platform health and performance. To access it, navigate to Growfund > Analytics.

Key metrics available on the dashboard include:
