What's inside Gelcare

  1. Create links and reference images in Markdown

    Docusaurus supports standard Markdown links and images. Links can use absolute URL paths or relative file paths. Images can be referenced via absolute paths (relative to the static directory) or relative paths to colocate images with Markdown files.
    <!-- Link to a page -->
    [Create a page](/create-a-page)
    [Create a page](./create-a-page.md)

    <!-- Absolute image path (from static directory) -->
    ![Docusaurus logo](/img/docusaurus.png)

    <!-- Relative image path -->
    ![Docusaurus logo](./img/docusaurus.png)
  2. Create a basic document in Docusaurus

    To create a new document, create a Markdown file within the docs directory. Docusaurus automatically generates a route based on the file path. For example, a file located at docs/hello.md will be available at /docs/hello.
    # Hello

    This is my **first Docusaurus document**!
  3. Open Sanity Studio items in Shopify

    When editing a product or collection within the Sanity Studio, you can jump directly to the corresponding item in Shopify using two methods:

    1. Click the arrow next to the "Publish" button and select "Edit in Shopify".
    2. Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Alt + E.
  4. Create and manage blog posts in Docusaurus

    Docusaurus blogging features are powered by the @docusaurus/plugin-content-blog plugin. To create blog posts, add Markdown files or folders to the blog directory. Post dates are automatically extracted from filenames using the format YYYY-MM-DD-title.md (e.g., 2019-05-30-welcome.md) or from an index.md file within a dated folder (e.g., 2019-05-30-welcome/index.md). Using a folder for a post allows for easier co-location of images.
  5. Use React components in Markdown with MDX

    Docusaurus supports MDX, allowing you to export and use React components directly within your Markdown files to create interactive documentation.
    export const Highlight = ({children, color}) => (
      <span
        style={{
          backgroundColor: color,
          borderRadius: '20px',
          color: '#fff',
          padding: '10px',
          cursor: 'pointer',
        }}
        onClick={() => {
          alert(`You clicked the color ${color} with label ${children}`)
        }}>
        {children}
      </span>
    );

    This is <Highlight color="#25c2a0">Docusaurus green</Highlight> !
  6. Start the Docusaurus development server

    After generating a site, navigate into the project directory and run the start script. This builds the website locally and serves it at http://localhost:3000/. The server supports hot-reloading, meaning changes to files like docs/intro.md will be reflected automatically in the browser.
    cd my-website
    npm run start
  7. Create and manage blog posts in Docusaurus

    Docusaurus blogging features are powered by the @docusaurus/plugin-content-blog plugin. To create blog posts, add Markdown files or folders to the blog directory. Post dates are automatically extracted from filenames using the format YYYY-MM-DD-title.md (e.g., 2019-05-30-welcome.md) or by placing an index.md inside a folder named with the date (e.g., 2019-05-30-welcome/index.md). Using folders allows for co-locating images with the post content. Blog authors can be managed in the authors.yml file, and posts support tags.
  8. Create a new blog post in Docusaurus

    Docusaurus automatically generates a page for every blog post file created in the blog/ directory, along with a blog index page, a tag system, and an RSS feed. To create a post, create a markdown file in the blog/ folder using the naming convention YYYY-MM-DD-title.md.

  9. Create and manage blog posts in Docusaurus

    Docusaurus blogging features are powered by the @docusaurus/plugin-content-blog plugin. To create blog posts, add Markdown files or folders to the blog directory.

    • Date Extraction: The blog post date is automatically extracted from the filename (e.g., 2019-05-30-welcome.md or 2019-05-30-welcome/index.md).
    • Organization: Using a folder for a blog post allows you to co-locate images with the post content.
    • Authors: Regular blog authors can be defined in the authors.yml file.
    • Tags: The blog system supports the use of tags for categorization.
