  3. Search and navigate to interfaces in Portal de Gestão

    In the Portal de Gestão, you can quickly find and navigate to specific interfaces using the search field located in the top bar. You can activate the search field by clicking on it or by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + K. Once active, type the name of the desired interface and press Enter or click on the result to be redirected to that interface.

  4. Perform first-time manager access to the Management Portal

    The manager is responsible for creating and managing company user accounts. For the first access, the manager must initialize their account via the Management Portal by resetting the password using their registered email address.
    1. Go to the Management Portal: https://portal.gamatec.com.br
    2. Click on 'Esqueceu sua Senha?' (Forgot your Password?).
    3. Enter your email address in the 'Endereço de e-mail' field and click 'Enviar e-mail' (Send email).
    4. Open the received email and click the password reset link.
    5. Enter a new password and click 'Atualizar Senha' (Update Password).

  6. Edit or remove a product category

    To manage existing categories, click the three-dot menu button on the specific category row:

    Editing a Category:

    1. Select 'editar' (edit).
    2. Modify the category details (Active status, Code, Name, Description, Parent Category, or Icon).
    3. Click 'Atualizar' (Update) to save changes.

    Removing a Category:

    1. Select 'Remover' (Remove).
    2. Click 'Confirmar exclusão' (Confirm deletion) to permanently remove the category.
