What's inside Flexin Development

  1. Install flexin_stancetuning on a FiveM server

    To install the stance tuning resource, download the asset from FiveM Keymaster and ensure the ox_lib dependency is installed from GitHub. Add both resources to your server.cfg to ensure they load in the correct order.
    # In server.cfg
    ensure ox_lib
    ensure flexin_stancetuning
  2. Install flexin_remapping on a FiveM server

    To install the vehicle remapping script, download the resource from the FiveM Keymaster and the ox_lib dependency from GitHub. Add the following ensure commands to your server.cfg file to load the dependencies and the script.
    ensure ox_lib
    ensure flexin_remapping
  3. Install flexin_skinweapon on a FiveM server

    To install the weapon skin system, download the resource from the FiveM Keymaster asset grants and install the ox_lib dependency. Add the following ensure commands to your server.cfg in the correct order to ensure dependencies are loaded before the script.
    ensure ox_lib
    ensure flexin_skinweapon
    ensure flexin_skinweapon_assets
  4. Install flexin_animations in FiveM

    To install the flexin_animations resource, download the asset from the FiveM Keymaster and ensure the ox_lib dependency is installed. Add the following ensure commands to your server.cfg file, making sure ox_lib is started before the animation script.
    # server-data/server.cfg
    ensure ox_lib
    ensure flexin_animations
  5. Install Prime Control for FiveM

    Prime Control is a modular vehicle system for FiveM compatible with vRP, QBCore, QBox, and ESX frameworks. It requires ox_lib as a dependency.
    # 1. Download resource from https://keymaster.fivem.net/asset-grants
    # 2. Download ox_lib from https://github.com/overextended/ox_lib/releases
    # 3. Add to server.cfg:

    ensure ox_lib
    ensure flexin_primecontrol
  6. Apply vehicle stance tuning on spawn

    To ensure a vehicle spawns with its saved stance applied, locate the vehicle spawn logic within your framework and call the flexin_stancetuning:Apply export, passing the vehicle entity as the parameter. It is recommended to wrap the call in a check to ensure the flexin_stancetuning resource is started to prevent script errors.
    if GetResourceState("flexin_stancetuning") == "started" then
      exports.flexin_stancetuning:Apply(vehicle)
    end
  7. Install flexin_antibump on a FiveM server

    To install the flexin_antibump standalone framework resource, download the asset from the FiveM Keymaster and add the resource to your server configuration. This resource removes speed gains associated with bump and break boosts while maintaining 0.0 resmon consumption.
    # Add this to your server.cfg
    ensure flexin_antibump
  8. Configure pop-up impulse variables in SubHandlingData

    When a vehicle requires fBackEndPopUpCarImpulseMult, fBackEndPopUpBuildingImpulseMult, and fBackEndPopUpMaxDeltaSpeed, they must be placed within the CCarHandlingData item of the SubHandlingData section.
    <SubHandlingData>
      <Item type="CCarHandlingData">
        <fBackEndPopUpCarImpulseMult value="0.000000" />
        <fBackEndPopUpBuildingImpulseMult value="0.000000" />
        <fBackEndPopUpMaxDeltaSpeed value="0.000000" />
      </Item>
      <Item type="NULL" />
      <Item type="NULL" />
    </SubHandlingData>
  9. Configure flexin_animations settings

    The config.lua file allows customization of the animation menu, including framework selection, keybinds, UI colors, and animation categories. Supported frameworks include vRP, QBCore, QBox, and ESX.

  10. Enable vRP framework support in fxmanifest

    If you are using the vRP framework, you must manually uncomment the vRP utility library line in the shared_scripts section of the fxmanifest.lua file.
    shared_scripts {
      "@ox_lib/init.lua",
      "@vrp/lib/Utils.lua" -- uncomment this line if you are using vRP
    }
  11. Configure flexin_stancetuning for vRP Framework

    If you are using the vRP framework, you must manually enable the vRP utility library in the fxmanifest.lua file by uncommenting the @vrp/lib/Utils.lua line within the shared_scripts section.
    shared_scripts {
      "@ox_lib/init.lua",
      "@vrp/lib/Utils.lua" -- uncomment this line if you are using vRP
    }
