What's inside VoiceHire

  1. Overview of VoiceHire AI ATS

VoiceHire is an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed for companies of all sizes and staffing agencies. It manages the entire hiring lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance, featuring an AI agent named "Quinn" that conducts AI-powered screening and interviews.
  2. Overview of AI Interview workflow

An AI Interview is conducted by an AI voice agent using a pre-defined template. The process follows these steps:

    1. A recruiter schedules the interview and selects a delivery channel (Web or Phone).
    2. The candidate receives an email with a session link.
    3. The interview is conducted: via browser for Web interviews, or via an outbound phone call for Phone interviews.
    4. The AI agent follows the template's questions and evaluation rubric.
    5. Upon completion, the interview is marked as 'Completed' and results are posted to the application's Interviews section.
  3. Overview of the Candidates module

The Candidates module serves as a centralized database for managing candidate profiles, resumes, applications, and talent pool memberships. Key capabilities include AI semantic search (ranking by intent), AI-generated structured filters, resume parsing with auto-fill, bulk resume upload, and candidate tracking across multiple jobs.
  4. Overview of VoiceHire ATS Calendar Views

The Calendar is available to all authenticated users without special permissions. It provides four distinct views to manage interviews, all of which display the same data in different formats:

    • Month View (Default): Best for big-picture planning and spotting busy days. Shows color-coded statuses and a '+X more' indicator for days with 5+ events.
    • Week View: Best for planning the weekly workload. Displays a 7-day view (Sunday to Saturday) with vertical time slots.
    • Day View: Best for focusing on a single day's schedule, identifying gaps, and resolving conflicts.
    • Agenda View: A scrollable list of upcoming interviews for the next 30 days. Note: Navigation arrows in Agenda view are visible but do not change the date range.
  5. Overview of VoiceHire AI hiring platform

VoiceHire is an AI-first hiring platform that utilizes AI agents to automatically screen candidates, score them against job requirements, and perform actions such as advancing strong candidates or rejecting poor fits. Key features include an actionable Inbox, AI Agents for automated decisions, AI Interviews conducted by 'Quinn', Job and Pipeline Management (via kanban boards), Team Collaboration, and branded Career Pages.
