What's inside V4.Marketing

  1. Overview of the V4.Marketing Platform

V4.Marketing is the official platform by V4 Company (accessible at https://v4.marketing) designed for marketing professionals to manage results across companies of all sizes. The platform is structured around three core pillars:

    • Planejar (Plan): Tools for business information gathering, diagnostics, and data-driven strategic planning.
    • Acompanhar (Track): Integrated visualization of results, metric analysis, and investment impact across channels.
    • Gerir (Manage): An ecosystem to organize campaigns, resources, connections, and marketing operations.
  2. Understand Project Dashboard sections and client profile

The Dashboard provides a centralized view of a project, consisting of:

    • Client Profile: Always visible at the top, containing the company's Legal Name (Razão social), Website, Headquarters (Sede), Founding Year, and Segment.
    • Diagnostics Section: Shows the status of client diagnostics, including the onboarding questionnaire. If no diagnostic has started, it shows 'Não iniciado' with a 'Responder questionário' button.
    • Strategic Analyses Section: Displays the status of each Logical Thinking Process (LTP) framework available for the project.
  3. Understand the V4.Marketing Organization and Workspace hierarchy

V4.Marketing uses a two-tier structure to organize users and projects:

    1. Organization: Represents the company. It is the top-level entity. Users with the same corporate email domain are automatically grouped into the same Organization. Being in the same Organization does not grant automatic access to all Workspaces within it.
    2. Workspace: A specific work area within an Organization. This is where operational activities occur, such as completing the Kick-Off, generating Diagnostics, and accessing the platform Home. A single Organization can contain multiple Workspaces to represent different business units, projects, or clients.
  4. Understand the V4.Marketing Kickoff features and workflow

The Kickoff process integrates several data collection and analysis layers to standardize the delivery process. The workflow follows this sequence: Kickoff → Diagnosis → Dashboards → Monitoring.

    Key features include:

    • Intelligent Conditionals: Questions appear or disappear based on the client's business segment (e.g., physical, online, hybrid, inside sales).
    • Automatic Data Collection: The platform automatically gathers data regarding the client's website, market, competition, and digital presence.
    • Immediate Diagnosis: Kickoff data feeds directly into the V4.Marketing automated diagnosis tool.
    • Continuous Reuse: Data from the Kickoff serves as a structured source for multiple subsequent diagnoses.
  5. Perform Internal Company Analysis

The 'About Your Company' block consolidates internal business insights via:

    • SWOT Analysis: Automatically generates a matrix of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
    • Offers and Services: Summarizes product offerings, positioning, and market perception.
    • Digital Presence: Analyzes social media usage, consistency, and structure relative to the segment.
    • Target Audience: Generates a base persona including profiles, behaviors, interests, and communication guidelines.
  6. Use V4.Marketing Dashboards for acquisition analysis

The Dashboards module provides plug-and-play visualizations of connected accounts (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads), user-configured conversion funnels, and performance by period. The Acquisition Analysis dashboard specifically tracks: main indicators (investment, impressions, clicks, sales, revenue, ROAS), the real conversion funnel, time-evolution graphs, channel comparisons, and granular details by campaign, ad set, ad, and keyword. Data is updated automatically every day.
  7. Complete the Logical Thinking Process (LTP) framework

The Transition Tree is the final step of the V4.Marketing Logical Thinking Process (LTP). A fully completed project cycle consists of the following components:

    • Goal Tree: Defined goals and objectives.
    • CRT: Identified Root Problem.
    • Conflict Cloud: Conflict resolved with a logical injection.
    • FRT: Demonstrated future.
    • PRT: Mapped obstacles.
    • Transition Tree: Constructed execution plan.
  8. Understand the V4.Marketing Diagnosis structure

The Diagnosis is the core of V4.Marketing, generating a complete analysis with scores, insights, and practical recommendations based on Kick-off responses and automatically collected company data. It is structured into several key blocks to move from analysis to execution:
  9. Understand V4.Marketing AI Chat knowledge sources

The AI Chat is a contextual assistant for V4 consultants and franchises. It leverages three primary knowledge bases to provide non-generic, strategic responses:

    1. Workspace Knowledge Base: Automatically accesses client-specific data including company profile (legal name, website, headquarters, foundation year, segment), onboarding/diagnostic questionnaire responses, and history of analyses/frameworks started or completed in the Dashboard.
    2. Destrava Receita Knowledge Base: Accesses the V4 'Destrava Receita' program to apply correct frameworks, ask structured methodology-based questions, and generate meeting-ready outputs.
    3. V4 Knowledge Base: Contains internal V4 Marketing processes, methodologies, and frameworks to guide the consultative work process.
  10. Transition from ROI System to V4.Marketing

As of October 2024, the ROI System (previously built on Lavabo) has been fully replaced by V4.Marketing. While the ROI System was strictly coupled to the purchase of a service and focused on one-time diagnostics and feedback, V4.Marketing is a standalone platform that allows users to generate diagnostics, track metrics, configure funnels, connect accounts, and use AI independently of a service contract.
  11. Operational workflow for franchises using V4.Marketing

Franchises must now perform all client diagnostics, follow-ups, feedback, and campaign analysis within the V4.Marketing platform. The recommended operational flow is:

    1. Client receives automatic access or is released via checkout (options: free, R$97, or R$2,500).
    2. Client performs the Kick-off.
    3. The diagnostic is generated automatically.
    4. The franchise receives a notification via Google Chat, accesses the diagnostic, monitors the funnel/dashboards, and guides the client based on the platform data.
  12. Manage Kick-Off progress and status

You can exit the Kick-Off process at any time. Progress is saved automatically, and the Workspace status will be set to 'Onboard em progresso'. Upon returning, you will resume exactly where you left off. Note that full access to the platform is only granted after 100% of the questions are answered.
