  2. Overview of True Tracker Platform Options

True Tracker provides two primary interfaces for enterprise maintenance management:

    1. Web Dashboard: Designed for office-based management via desktop or laptop browsers. It features work order status summaries, asset/part/inventory/meter management, calendar-based maintenance scheduling, and administrative control over users, teams, locations, and departments.
    2. Mobile Application: Designed for field operations on smartphones or tablets. It supports camera/gallery photo attachments, barcode and QR asset scanning, asset maps with location pickers, and push notifications.
  3. Understand the TrueTracker mobile onboarding flow

The TrueTracker mobile app displays three introductory screens the first time it is opened on a device, appearing before the sign-in page. These screens introduce the core value propositions: tracking assets/maintenance, managing teams, and receiving notifications. These screens are purely introductory and not part of the technical setup; skipping them does not result in any loss of functionality.
  4. Understand Team List and Detail information

The Team List provides an overview of team names, their associated departments, and member counts.

Warning: Teams with 0 members can still be selected when assigning work, which may result in work not being assigned to anyone.

    Team Detail Fields:

    • Team name: The identifier that appears when assigning work and as the 'Assigned Team' on maintenance schedules.
    • Department: The department the team is associated with.
    • Team members: The list of users belonging to the team.
  5. Understand the TrueTracker mobile onboarding flow

The onboarding process consists of three brief introductory screens that appear only the first time the application is opened on a device, prior to the login page. These screens introduce the core value propositions: tracking assets and maintenance ('Lacak Segalanya'), managing team work orders ('Kelola Tim'), and staying connected via notifications ('Tetap terhubung').
  6. Navigate the TrueTracker Mobile App

Use the five bottom tabs to navigate the application:

    • Home: The main dashboard overview.
    • Kerja (Work): Access to all work orders.
    • Aset (Assets): List of all assets.
    • Meters: List of all meters.
    • Setelan (Settings): Account settings and data management.

To manage spare parts, vendors, inventory, teams, users, categories, departments, and locations, navigate to Setelan and select the Kelola (Manage) section.

  7. Understand the TrueTracker Dashboard layout

The dashboard is the primary landing page after login, providing a high-level summary of daily operations. It consists of four main sections: Subscription Info, Today's Work Orders, Upcoming Maintenance, and Summary Graphs.
  8. Use TrueTracker on tablets

On large screens, the application utilizes a two-pane layout: a list on the left and details on the right, with a navigation rail on the side. There is no difference in feature set between the phone and tablet versions.
  9. Understand Work Order statuses in the Status Overview

The Status Overview circle on the mobile dashboard displays the total number of work orders and breaks them down by status. The following statuses are used to track work order progress:

    • Baru (New): Created but not yet assigned or handled.
    • Diterima (Accepted): Accepted by a technician or team.
    • Dalam Proses (In Progress): Currently being worked on.
    • Tertunda (Pending): Halted due to waiting for parts, permits, or scheduling.
    • Selesai (Completed): Finished.

Note: A high number of 'Tertunda' (Pending) orders typically indicates bottlenecks where items are waiting for external dependencies.

  10. Understand the TrueTracker Dashboard layout

The Dashboard serves as the primary landing page after signing in, providing a high-level summary of system status. It consists of several key sections: a Subscription Info card, a Today's Work Order status summary, a list of Upcoming Maintenances, and various Summary Charts for pattern analysis.
  11. Manage and search the Asset List

Access the asset list by navigating to Maintenance → Asset. The list provides an overview of equipment and machines, displaying their photo, name, location, category, and creation date. Users can search for specific assets by name.
  12. Navigate the onboarding screens

Users can interact with the onboarding flow using the following buttons:

    • Berikutnya (Next): Proceeds to the next introductory screen.
    • Lewati (Skip): Bypasses the introduction and goes directly to the login page. Skipping these screens does not affect app settings or functionality.
    • Mulai (Start): Appears on the final screen to enter the application.
