Signer groups allow you to predefine sets of people (e.g., a specific company department) to speed up the signature request process. Groups can contain directly linked individuals and associated subgroups. If a subgroup is modified, the changes are automatically reflected in the main group when signer data is retrieved.Manage dynamic document templates in Rheconhece
Rheconhece allows the creation of document templates with dynamic content. Placeholders in these templates are replaced by actual values during the final document conversion based on the selections made during the signature request process. Note that dynamic templates cannot be created or modified via API; this functionality is restricted to the platform UI. To access templates, select 'Modelos' in the side menu.Manage and edit users in the Tenant list
The user listing table provides an overview of all registered users. Each entry includes the user's Name, Email, and Access level. From the 'Ações' (Actions) column, you can:
- Editar: Open the screen to modify the user's details.
- Excluir: Permanently delete the user. Note that this action is irreversible.
Standard Tenant users (Tenant and Totem access) cannot be deleted, but their name, email, and password can be modified.
Manage dynamic template groups using Envelopes
Envelopes are used to group dynamic templates to simplify their selection. You can create, edit, copy, or delete these groups via the listing table. Each envelope contains a Title, Description, and a set of linked dynamic templates.Change the initial platform password
Upon receiving your platform access credentials, a default initial password is assigned. During the first login, the system will prompt you to change it. To update the password, provide the current password, define the new desired password, and click 'Salvar' (Save) in the upper right corner of the screen. The update takes effect immediately.Manage Signature Process actions
Depending on the process status, the following actions are available in the Process Details screen:
- Cancelar Processo (Cancel Process): Cancels the process and all documents that have not yet had a signature event. Documents already signed, refused, or canceled individually are not affected. An optional reason for cancellation can be provided to signers.
- Encerrar Processo (Terminate Process): Closes the process. For pending documents: it generates the final document if at least one signature event exists (regardless of role); otherwise, it cancels documents with no signature events.
- Modificar Assinantes (Modify Signers): Allows changing the email addresses of Signers and Representatives, and adding or removing Witnesses. Other registration data cannot be changed here; to change other details, the process must be canceled and recreated.
- Download: Automatically downloads all documents in the process that have a
Finalizadostatus.
Request document signatures
To request signatures, you must first have at least one company registered in the platform. Once registered, navigate to the side menu and selectAssinaturas→Solicitar(Signatures → Request).Manage dynamic document fields and subscriber-specific options
The platform supports dynamic models where selectable and typable options can be separated by subscriber type. These options follow the ordering of the selected subscribers. Additionally, typable fields in dynamic models support specific data types and masks to ensure correct information entry.Generate a new API token for rheconhece
