  12. Prerequisites for Upwave SCIM integration

    Before configuring the integration, ensure you have the following:

    • Redblock AI Studio access (request via support@redblock.ai).
    • An Upwave service account (email, password, and workspace login URL). If MFA is enabled, the TOTP seed is required.
    • Okta admin access with permissions to add applications and configure provisioning.
    • Okta Identity Governance (Entitlement Management) if you intend to manage entitlement assignments through Okta.
