  1. Overview of supported marketing service integrations

The platform provides integration settings for the following marketing and analytics services:

    • Yandex.Metrika: Website traffic estimation and user behavior analysis.
    • Google Analytics: Website traffic estimation and user behavior analysis.
    • VK Analytics: Website traffic estimation and user behavior analysis.
    • Admitad: Global affiliate network for advertising.
    • Yandex.Market: Generation of YML files for products in the 'Printing', 'Souvenirs', and 'Store' sections for marketplace listing.
    • Mindbox: Marketing automation platform for unifying offline and online customer data.
  2. Overview of the Photo Gallery section

The Photo Gallery is a website section located at /portfolio used to showcase company work examples organized by categories.
  3. Overview of the Merch section for pre-designed products

The Merch section is a dedicated area of the site (accessible at /designs) used to sell products with pre-defined designs. Product cards are automatically generated based on a library of thematic designs and compatible products. Customers can purchase these items 'as is' or customize the existing design (e.g., adding a greeting). Unlike standard template pages, the Merch section provides visual navigation by theme and product, and generates dynamic product cards optimized for search engine indexing and ranking.
  4. Overview of the PixlPark Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is a dedicated section of the website (typically located at /faq) used to publish information regarding site rules, order details, production timelines, delivery methods, payment options, and layout requirements. Articles can be grouped into categories and displayed either on a single unified page or on individual pages depending on the configuration.
  5. Overview of the Souvenirs catalog section

The Souvenirs section is located at /catalog and is used for selling corporate gift products. The catalog structure and product list are primarily populated via connected gift suppliers, but administrators can also add custom products manually or via Excel file upload.
  6. Overview of Order Settings sections

The Order Settings area is divided into several functional blocks:

    • Checkout (Оформление заказов): Settings affecting the website's checkout process and the 'Quick Order' (Быстрый заказ) logic in the cart.
    • Order Management (Управление заказами): Settings for managing orders within the control panel, including execution time calculations.
    • Order Display (Отображение заказов): Settings for how orders appear in the control panel, including custom CSS/JS injection.
    • Order Export (Выгрузка заказов): Integrations with cloud storage and CRM/ERP systems.
  7. Notify Roskomnadzor about the cessation of personal data processing

If you cease business activities, you must submit a notification of the cessation of personal data processing within 10 working days from the date processing stopped.

    1. Fill out the electronic form on the Roskomnadzor website: https://pd.rkn.gov.ru/operators-registry/notification/exclusion/
    2. Print the completed form.
    3. Sign the form.
    4. Send it to the relevant territorial body of Roskomnadzor at the company's registration location.
  8. Perform batch actions on orders using Order Export

The Order Export section allows for batch processing of orders to improve efficiency. Primary use cases include updating order statuses in bulk (e.g., marking orders as delivered to a pickup point) and printing multiple order-related documents (e.g., technical maps or transport documents). To narrow down the list of orders for batch actions, users can filter by:

    • Order status
    • Delivery method
    • Payment status
    • Contractor
  9. Understand the Pixlpark Organization and Legal Entity hierarchy

In Pixlpark, an Organization is the top-level entity created during user registration. The hierarchy is structured as follows:

    • Organization: A business entity that can contain multiple Legal Entities.
    • Legal Entity: A specific legal person associated with the organization. Personal accounts are linked to both the site and the legal entity.
    • Bank Details (Реквизиты): A combination of a Legal Entity and a specific bank account. Every cashless payment transaction for an order is linked to a specific bank detail record.
    • Ordering: Employees can place either personal orders or corporate orders by selecting a specific Legal Entity during the payment stage.
  10. Manage product categories in Pixlpark

The Category Card serves as the central configuration point for a group of related products. It allows administrators to define the category name, assign an online editor for order processing, manage the list of associated products (including adding, duplicating, deleting, and reordering), and control the visibility of products on the website.
  11. Understand Pixlpark CMS page types

Pages in Pixlpark are categorized into three groups based on how their content is generated:

    1. System Pages: Content is primarily generated from system data. Examples include editors, authorization/registration, shopping carts, delivery, payment, and personal account pages.
    2. User Pages: Content is fully managed via the control panel under 'CMS / Pages'. Examples include the homepage, product pages, or catalog pages.
    3. Combined Pages: Content is mostly formed from objects created in the control panel. Examples include template selection, ready-made products, print souvenirs, business souvenirs, news, photo galleries, knowledge bases, and guestbooks.

Addressing: System and Combined pages have a specific address structure containing keywords. User pages can have any address, provided it does not conflict with the structure of the other types.

  12. Understand Pixlpark Design Templates

A Template in Pixlpark is a standardized design that customers personalize in the editor (e.g., changing text or uploading photos). Templates are used for products like photobooks, calendars, and posters. Each template consists of two primary components: Settings (which define behavior in the editor) and Layouts (PSD files containing raster and text layers).
