The 'Moy Vypusknoy' service is designed for group work on graduation albums and photo printing selection. The typical process consists of the following stages:

1. Registration in the personal account (LK).
2. Photo selection for album design or photo printing.
3. Album approval (including final edits).

Note: A 'Design Coordination' stage may occur between photo selection and final album approval. The service is compatible with both mobile devices and desktop computers, though desktop is recommended for a better experience.

The Coordinator is the responsible person for a class or group (e.g., head of the parent committee, class teacher, or curator) managing the creation of graduation albums. There is no separate account for coordinators; the role is assigned to an existing teacher or student account. Parents operate using their child's account. While the service is mobile-friendly, using a desktop computer is recommended.

Typical coordinator tasks include:

• Communication between the photographer and students/parents.
• Filling out the list of students and teachers for the design.
• Signing portrait photos to assign them to specific students.
• Selecting photos for general spreads and reports.
• Coordinating designs, submitting edits, and approving albums on behalf of students.

The service has two distinct stages for design review: Coordination and Final Approval.

1. Design Coordination (Optional):

• This stage uses preliminary designs with unprocessed photos.
• To edit: Click the 'pencil' icon, modify layouts or photo sets for personal spreads (those without a lock icon), and click 'Save' (Сохранить).
• Finalize by clicking 'Coordinate' (Согласовать). Once coordinated, further self-edits are disabled.

2. Final Album Approval:

• This stage presents the final version with retouched photos. The album will be printed exactly as it appears here.
• To edit: Click the 'pencil' icon, modify personal spreads (without a lock), and click 'Save' (Сохранить).
• Finalize by clicking 'Approve' (Утвердить).

To enable photo imports from Yandex.Disk into the 'Мой Выпускной' service, follow these steps:

1. Obtain the Client ID and Client secret from your Yandex.Disk application settings.
2. In the 'Мой Выпускной' control panel, navigate to Настройки (Settings) > Обработка файлов (File Processing) and enable the option Разрешить импорт фото с Яндекс.Диска (Allow photo import from Yandex.Disk).
3. Enter the Client ID and Client secret into the corresponding integration fields.
4. Click the OAuth authorization link that appears in the Access token field to authorize the application.
5. Copy the resulting Access token and paste it into the designated field.
6. Save the settings.

Once configured, you can import photo folders in the Фотосессии (Photoshoots) block of your project by clicking the Импортировать (Import) button.

After project setup, photographs must be selected and quotes assigned to generate designs. This process can be performed by a photographer, coordinator, or the student. Selection is managed via the 'Отбор фото' (Photo Selection) tab in the control panel or within individual participant profiles. The available selection tabs depend on the design:

• Фото учеников/педагогов (Student/Teacher Photos): Portrait, reportage, and group shots for personal spreads.
• Фото на общих разворотах (Photos for Common Spreads): Images for shared spreads (hidden if all spreads are personal).
• Фото по умолчанию (Default Photos): Used for personal spreads if personal photo selection is disabled in the user account settings. Photos selected here are copied to all participants but can be modified individually.
