What's inside Infinite

  1. Overview of Infinite∞Ad platform modules

Infinite∞Ad is a Meta-based (Facebook and Instagram) advertising automation platform designed to optimize campaigns using AI-assisted features and rule-based monitoring. The platform is organized into the following functional modules accessible via the navigation bar:

    • Dashboard: Summary of account and campaign data.
    • Brands: Organization of ad accounts, content sources, and default settings by brand.
    • Automations: Tools to create, manage, and track automations.
    • Waiting List: Queue for automation activities requiring human approval or intervention.
    • Leads: Management of data from Facebook Lead Generation forms.
    • Posts: Browser for posts from connected social media pages.
    • Infinite∞Creator Lite: AI-powered social media post generation.
    • Report: Campaign performance reporting.
    • Integrations: Connection management for Meta ad accounts and pages.
  2. Overview of the Ad Stop automation

The 'Ad Stop' automation continuously monitors the performance of ads created by Infinite∞Ad. If an ad's results deteriorate and meet pre-configured conditions, the system automatically stops the ad to prevent budget waste. Note that this automation only affects ads created by Infinite∞Ad and does not impact ads created manually or via other tools.
  3. Overview of Brands in Infinite∞Creator

A Brand is the fundamental unit of Infinite∞Creator. It serves as a container for the entire content creation configuration, including connected social profiles, visual identity, communication tone, target audience, website context, and all generated posts. All content must belong to a brand. Brands marked as 'Incomplete' cannot be used to start content generation.
  4. Manage and customize AI-generated images

Images can be managed via a toolbar with two primary functions:

    Regenerate Image (Dropdown):

    • Regenerate current image: Creates a new image using the same visual concept.
    • Regenerate with new concept: Develops a completely new visual idea and image.

    Edit (Settings Panel):

    • Text on image: Edit or delete the AI-suggested overlay text.
    • Font family and weight: Select from Google Fonts with a real-time preview.
    • Logo: Upload/change a logo and adjust its size via a slider.

Final composite images can be downloaded in PNG format using the Download Image button.

  5. Understand the Infinite∞Ad User Concept (Account vs. Organization)

Infinite∞Ad utilizes a team-based workspace model to separate identity from business assets:

    1. Personal Account: Represents the individual's login credentials (email, password, 2FA). A single personal account can be a member of multiple organizations.
    2. Organization (Company): The primary workspace that owns the subscription, ad accounts, and automations. Organizations manage multiple team members via roles such as Owner, Admin, and Viewer.
  6. Understand AI Content Evaluation for Facebook and Instagram Posts

Infinite∞Ai automatically analyzes the textual and visual content of posts from connected Facebook and Instagram pages to determine their advertising potential. The system assigns an overall AI Score on a scale of 0-10, where a higher score indicates content more suitable for advertising. This evaluation runs automatically without requiring a manual trigger. Results are accessible on the Posts page and within individual post detail views.
  7. Manage organization-level administrative settings

The Settings page serves as the administrative center for an organization. It is restricted to users with Owner and Admin roles. Unlike personal Account Settings, these settings apply to the entire organization and cover the following areas:

    • Organization: Configure company name, timezone, and mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA).
    • Billing and Payment: Manage subscription plans, billing details, and payment methods.
    • Payment History: Access previous transactions and download invoices.
    • Team: Manage team members, send invitations, and assign user roles.
  8. Edit AI-generated post text

Once a post is generated, you can modify the text using two options:

    1. Regenerate text: Triggers the AI to write new text based on the original parameters while keeping the image and visual concept unchanged.
    2. Edit: Opens a text editor for manual modifications. Changes take effect immediately upon saving.
  9. Configure team notifications for ad automations

To ensure team members are informed of automation activities, use the People to notify about activities field when creating or editing an automation. Notifications are sent via email in the following scenarios:

    • Ad Creation and Ad Scaling automations: When a new ad is launched.
    • Ad Stop automations: When an ad is stopped.
    • All automations: Whenever an error occurs during the execution of an activity.
  10. Manage and view Facebook lead generation forms

The Leads page displays all Facebook lead generation forms created for lead-generating campaigns. Each form entry provides the Form Name, Form ID, total Leads Count, and the timestamp of the Last Fetch. Clicking on a specific form row opens the detailed Leads List for that form.
  11. Distinguish between Personal Accounts and Organizations

    Infinite∞Creator utilizes a team-based architecture:

    • Personal Account: Represents individual login credentials, including email, password, and 2FA.
    • Organization: The shared workspace that owns the subscription, brands, generated posts, and team members. Organizations support multiple roles, such as Owner, Admin, and Restricted Viewer.
  12. Use dynamic macros for ad automation

Macros are dynamic placeholders in the format {{keyword}} that the system automatically resolves when an ad is created. They eliminate the need to manually enter names for campaigns, ad sets, or URL parameters. You can insert these macros manually or by clicking the + Macros button next to a field in the UI.
