What's inside Ignos

  1. Use the Move bookings widget in Ignos Workspace

The Move bookings widget for Ignos Workspace provides a centralized view of both active and completed bookings. It allows users to perform the following actions:

    • View the 'My bookings' list.
    • Cancel active bookings.
    • Print labels for both active and completed bookings.
    • Track orders by clicking the order number or by manually entering details into the tracking box.
  2. Manage resource capacity using Shift Settings

Shift Settings replaces the previous Capacity admin settings to provide a more flexible way to define resource work patterns and expected utilization. Existing capacity data is automatically migrated, ensuring KPI and OEE calculations remain consistent. Shift Settings is located under Settings → Shift Settings in the KPI menu.
  3. Use the Move bookings widget in Ignos Workspace

The Move bookings widget for Ignos Workspace provides a centralized interface to manage and track shipments. It displays a list of both active and completed bookings, allowing users to perform the following actions:

    • Cancel active bookings.
    • Print labels for both active and completed bookings.
    • Track orders by clicking the order number or by manually entering details into the tracking box.
  4. Use simple trace for raw material orders with multiple lines

Simple trace functionality is now supported for orders that consist exclusively of raw materials, even when those orders contain more than one material line.
  5. View and resume stopped work on the My Active page

The 'My Active' page in the Ignos app has been updated to display both ongoing work and stopped work. This allows users to maintain a comprehensive overview of their tasks and resume work in progress directly from this view.
  6. Use the unified time range picker across Ignos apps

Ignos uses a consistent time range selector across Pulse, Alarms, Workspaces, Sustain, Utilization Insights, Machine Insights, and Downtime Reports. The picker provides standardized controls for selecting day, week, month, quarter, year, and custom ranges.

    Key capabilities include:

    • Custom Ranges: Precise start and end dates and times can be configured.
    • Navigation: Prev/Next buttons allow jumping across periods.
    • Future-proofing: Navigation is blocked from moving into the future, and end times are capped near "now" to prevent empty future data buckets.
    • Interface: Controls appear as a popover on desktop and full-screen on mobile.
  7. Understand the updated Operation Card layout in Keep

The operation card layout has been updated to improve accessibility of the Description field and organize assets.

    Key changes include:

    • Fixed Description Field: The Description field is now fixed to the operation card and remains visible regardless of which tab is currently selected.
    • Tab Restructuring: The previous two-tab system (Operation and Files) has been replaced by three distinct tabs:
      1. Operation: For core operation details.
      2. Programs: Specifically for program files.
      3. Attachments: Specifically for attached files.
  8. Analyze resource states using Resource Timelines

The Resource Timelines page provides a visual overview of machine state timelines. Users can filter and organize data using the following controls:

    • Time range: Filter data for a specific timespan.
    • Resources box: Search and select individual resources or groups.
    • Grouped/Flat: Toggle between displaying resources by group or as a flat list.
    • All/Active now/Stopped now: Filter resources by their current operational state.
    • Current machine states: View live states for the filtered list.
    • Downtime: View top planned and unplanned downtime reasons for the selected time range.
  9. Track material consumption by location in the material list

The material list UI now splits material lines by location when consumption occurs from multiple sources. Instead of grouping consumption together, each entry now explicitly shows the quantity consumed and the specific location from which it was taken to provide better traceability.
  10. Monitor factory resources using the Current States page

The Current States page provides a live overview of factory resources. Each resource is represented by a card showing ERP data, machine state, and active downtime reasons. Resources with active work orders are highlighted in green. The page includes a sidebar for filtering by ERP order details, specific resources or resource groups, and display modes (Grouped vs. Flat). It also features widgets for a general machine states overview and top planned/unplanned downtime reasons.
  11. Improve measurement table performance on large forms

The measurement table within an Instance now uses virtualization to render only the elements visible on screen. This eliminates lag when opening Instances, expanding elements with long lists of serial numbers, searching, or applying filters (such as 'Hide completed' or 'Hide CMM'). No configuration is required as this performance improvement is automatic for all Instances.
