What's inside Igdrasil

  1. Overview of the Payroll module

The Payroll module is used for employee salary work that requires an accounting handoff. It allows users to review wage-period inputs, preview generated L-series postings, stage payroll for ledger approval, and create payroll outputs (like payslips and AGI reports) that are traceable back to the same General Ledger (GL) lines.
  2. Overview of the Invoice Collector browser extension

The Invoice Collector is a browser extension designed to capture supplier invoices from supported vendor portals while browsing and route them into the active Igdrasil company's document intake path for review in Inbox and Files. It is primarily used for portals that do not provide direct email or API feeds.
  3. Overview of the Reports area

The Reports area converts reviewed accounting work into readable output and is divided into three main destinations:

    • Financial: Financial statements and period overviews.
    • Regulatory: Swedish filing and export views, used specifically for preparing Skatteverket-facing periods or export packages.
    • Custom: Workspace-specific analysis views.
  4. Overview of Zettle integration for Igdrasil

The Zettle integration connects a Zettle (PayPal) application to Igdrasil to synchronize card-payment activity, fees, and settlement evidence. Igdrasil imports sales, refunds, fees, PayPal-wallet transfers, and payouts, joining this finance activity to purchase receipts for VAT, country, and line-item evidence. The system maintains current data via scheduled syncs and generates ledger drafts into a user-specified voucher series.
  5. Overview of Igdrasil Automations and Accounting Flows

The Automations screen is used to monitor and configure repeatable accounting intake. The primary feature is Accounting flows, which are per-provider pipelines that import platform feed activity, assign booking rules, and stage drafts for review. Advanced Python automations are available via the Advanced view.
  6. Overview of the Igdrasil accounting workspace

The Igdrasil accounting workspace is used to collect source documents, review bookkeeping, reconcile bank activity, manage connected sources, and check reporting. The workspace is divided into three primary functional areas:

    1. Platform (Run accounting work): Includes the Dashboard, Inbox, Bookkeeping, Assets, Invoicing, Payments Due, Payroll, chart of accounts, and time tracking.
    2. Data (Review source data): Includes Files, bank transactions, reports, and the audit trail.
    3. Workspace (Configure the workspace): Includes Integrations, knowledge base, automations, usage, and settings.
  7. Forward invoices and receipts using the Email Inbox integration

The Email Inbox integration allows users to forward invoices and receipts directly into a private company inbox for processing.
  8. Manage accounting drafts and source documents in the Inbox

The Inbox is the central area for reviewing non-posted source documents and accounting drafts. It is used to inspect new uploads and integration imports, confirm extracted details, and post work to the ledger. Once an item is posted, it moves from the Inbox to Bookkeeping.
  9. Manage supplier invoices using Payments Due

The Payments Due screen is used to manage supplier invoices and other outgoing payment obligations. It allows users to track items that require review, those ready for payment, and those that have already been processed.
  10. Manage source documents using the Files screen

The Files screen serves as the central repository for source documents. It is used to review uploaded files, confirm document status, and access the evidence supporting accounting workflows. To find a specific document, you should have the company name, date range, supplier, customer, or document type ready. If the file was sent via an integration, ensure the sync or upload process has completed before searching.
