  1. Understand how 2FA works on Hypermine

    Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) provides an additional layer of security for server accounts. When enabled, users must enter a temporary 6-digit code (valid for 30 seconds) generated by a linked authentication app. This code is required every 24 hours or whenever the user's IP address changes.

  2. Bug Reporting and Server Integrity

    Exploiting or participating in server or Minecraft bugs is prohibited. Distributing information about bugs in public channels is also forbidden. Failure to report a bug that another player is exploiting may result in the same sanction as the exploiter.

  3. Apply for the Media rank on HyperMine

    HyperMine uses a single 'Media' rank instead of separate Youtuber or Streamer ranks. To qualify, creators must meet specific requirements based on their platform:

    YouTube Requirements:

    • Minimum 500 subscribers.
    • Approximately 300 views per video.
    • Must have recorded a server review.

    Twitch (or similar) Requirements:

    • Average of 15 viewers.
    • Must have at least 2 recorded streams on HyperMine.

    Application Process: If requirements are met, open a ticket in the #dudas channel on the official Discord (https://discord.hypermine.net/) and provide a link to the channel containing the HyperMine content for staff review.

  4. Change your HyperMine account password

    To change your existing password in HyperMine, use the /changePassword command. It is recommended to use a unique password for HyperMine to prevent unauthorized access resulting from data leaks in other third-party services.
    /changePassword (current_password) (new_password)

  5. Apply for Staff or Helper positions in HyperMine

    To apply for a staff position in HyperMine, you must join the official Discord server and complete the application form on the website. You must be registered on the website to submit an application.

    Requirements for Helper:

    • Minimum 16 years old.
    • Must have a microphone.
    • Must have a Discord account and a website account.
    • Must be active on the server.
    • No severe sanctions (bans) and no more than 3 minor sanctions (mutes/warnings).
    • Good spelling and written expression.
    • Knowledge of server commands.

    Requirements for Staff Team:

    • Minimum 16 years old.
    • Must have a microphone.
    • Must have a Discord account and a website account.
    • Must be active on the server.
    • No sanctions of any kind.
    • Good spelling and written expression.
    • Must be respectful.
    • Basic knowledge of screenshots (SS) and moderation.
    • Knowledge of server commands.

  7. Enable 2FA for your account

    To enable 2FA, you need a mobile device with an authenticator app (such as Authy or Google Authenticator). The setup must be performed while in the /lobby area of the server.

  8. Create a password for Premium HyperMine accounts

    Users who have always been premium or used the /premium command have auto-registered accounts without a password. A password is required to access web services or to link an email address. Use the /setPassword command to create one.
    /setPassword (password)

  9. Connect to HyperMine Minecraft Server

    HyperMine is a Minecraft server specializing in PVE modalities, specifically its Survival mode. It supports a wide range of Minecraft versions from 1.8 up to 1.21.

  11. Authenticate into the server using 2FA

    When the server requests a 2FA code upon login, open your linked authenticator app and enter the current 6-digit code using the following command:

  12. Appeal a ban or mute sanction in HyperMine

    If you believe a sanction (ban or mute) was applied unfairly, you can appeal it for review by the Management Team. The process is as follows:

    1. Join the HyperMine Discord server.
    2. Open a ticket in the #soporte channel.
    3. Provide a detailed explanation of the events and why the sanction is incorrect. Attach any available evidence (screenshots, videos, etc.).

    The Management Team will analyze the case and provide a final decision.
