What's inside FENECON
- The FEMS App Charging Park enables communication with energy management systems (EMS) that control and monitor EV charging parks. It allows for the control of multiple charging points and Hyperchargers from various manufacturers, management of charging within limited grid connection constraints, price-optimized charging, and data provision for billing services.
Overview of FENECON Home 6, 10 & 15 System
FENECON Home 6, 10 & 15 is a modular electrical energy storage system using Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries. It is designed to be emergency-power-capable, allowing it to establish its own household power grid.Overview of the FENECON Automatic Off-Grid Switch (AVU)
The Automatic Off-Grid Switch (AVU) is a supplement to an electrical energy storage system. It provides automated, independent, and all-pole switching of household consumption from the mains supply to the inverter's emergency power output, and automatically switches back once mains supply is restored. Manual switching from the exterior is also supported.Overview of FEMS App Peak Shaving functionality
The FEMS App Peak Shaving controls an electrical energy storage system to keep the power at the grid connection point below a defined 'Peak Shaving power' threshold. When grid withdrawal exceeds this value, the battery discharges to offset the peak. When grid withdrawal falls below a second threshold, the 'Recharging power', the battery recharges to prepare for the next peak load.
Key monitoring metrics include:
- Measured value: Current power measured at the grid connection point.
- Discharge above (Peak Shaving power): The threshold above which the battery begins discharging.
- Charging below (Recharging power): The threshold below which the battery begins recharging.
Overview of FENECON Home 20 & 30 System Capabilities
The FENECON Home 20 & 30 is a modular Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) using Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries. It is designed for back-up power capability, allowing it to create an independent household power grid.Overview of FEMS App Time Slot Peak Shaving
The FEMS App Time Slot Peak Shaving is used to reduce grid withdrawal during specific time windows. These windows are typically defined by distribution network operators based on the working day, season, and grid level. To ensure full compliance with peak load limits at the grid connection point, it is recommended to use this app in conjunction with an independent, individually-configured load management system to handle unplanned high loads that exceed the energy storage system's design.Overview of Industrial L Fire Detection System
Starting with Rev. AA5, the Industrial L energy storage system is available with an optional integrated fire detection system (STRATOS Micra 100). This system uses a smoke aspiration method with two separate lines and a laser detection chamber to distinguish between smoke, dust, and diesel exhaust fumes. It includes its own UPS for power outage resilience and transmits alarm/fault conditions to the FEMS for display in Online Monitoring. The system also features local audible and visual alarms.Overview of FEMS App Multi-Charging Point Management
The FEMS App Multi-Charging Point Management (MLPM) is an energy management tool for controlling an EV charging park. It allows for the linking of multiple charging points into a cluster to manage total power consumption and optimize the use of solar power and electrical energy storage. Key capabilities include dynamic load management, prioritization of charging stations, and the ability to start or stop charging processes via FEMS Online Monitoring.Overview of FEMS App Time-Variable Grid Charges
The FEMS App Time-Variable Grid Charges allows users to implement time-variable grid charges while maintaining a fixed, constant electricity tariff.Overview of the FEMS Cockpit
v202619The FEMS Cockpit serves as the central user interface for the FEMS system. Its primary feature is the power monitor, which provides a real-time visualization of current production, consumption, battery charging/discharging, and grid interaction (withdrawal or feed-in). Gray bars in the monitor indicate the automatically generated maximum possible power for each element. Consumption is a calculated value. Elements not present in the specific system configuration are automatically hidden from the interface.Overview of FENECON Industrial L system specifications and intended use
The FENECON Industrial L is an industrial energy storage system designed for the industrial sector and connection to a 400 V/50 Hz low-voltage grid.
Key Specifications:
- Inverter Output: 736 kVA
- Capacity: 1288 kWh
- Core Components: Efficient inverters, FENECON Energy Management System (FEMS), and slide-in battery modules including BMS.
Constraints:
- The system must only be used if no safety-relevant functions are linked to the function of the storage.
- Designed for use within Europe; contact FENECON Service for use outside Europe.
Overview of FEMS App Multi-Use
