What's inside Yonny Docs
- ElBotDelYonny is a central utility bot developed by Krao for server management. It provides several core functionalities including economy management, user level and rank tracking, and activity monitoring (logging message deletions, edits, and link sharing). Additionally, it allows non-staff users to create private voice channels with specific roles.
Understand the Staff scoring system and eligibility
All staff members start with 20 points, which is the minimum value to be considered in a 'Neutral' state. To be eligible for the corresponding test, a member must reach a score of at least 40 - 50 points.Responsibilities of the Assistant role
Assistants are responsible for maintaining server order and supporting the community. Their core duties include: supervising compliance with server rules, intervening to resolve conflicts between members, assisting new users with their questions, and applying sanctions according to the regulations when necessary. The guiding principle for this role is to be firm yet fair, maintaining order without abusing authority.Responsibilities of the Event Organizer role
The Event Organizer is responsible for the operational success and order of events. Key duties include:
- Supporting event execution by managing participants, preventing conflicts, and maintaining order.
- Congratulating and awarding winners (depending on whether they are the primary host or a collaborator).
- Resolving participant doubts and explaining the event's procedures and mechanics.
- Defining clear prizes and rules for every event to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
Understand the purpose of staff reports
A staff report is a daily or periodic document used by team members to record activities performed within the server. Its primary goals are to maintain order, ensure transparency, and track the performance of the moderation team. These reports help in evaluating member commitment, detecting server needs, and documenting internal communication to improve overall management.Monitor user and staff activity with Wick bot
Wick serves as a secondary logging system that monitors user and staff interactions to assist in server moderation. It tracks specific activities including the editing and deletion of messages, the posting of external links (particularly links to other Discord servers), and significant changes made to channels and roles. Note that Wick can take automatic actions, such as applying mutes; because false positives can occur, it is recommended to review the logs before applying permanent sanctions.Delegate a ticket to another staff member
Tickets can be delegated to another staff member if the current handler is unsure of the decision, the ticket requires higher permissions/ranks, the handler is about to disconnect, or the topic is outside their area of expertise (e.g., economy, events, moderation).
Requirements for delegation:
- Never ignore or abandon a ticket without notice.
- Inform the user clearly when delegating.
Example phrase: "I am going to pass your ticket to a staff member with more experience in this topic. They will assist you in a few moments."
“Voy a pasar tu TICKET a un staff con mayor experiencia en este tema. Te atenderán en unos momentos.”Earn and lose points in the Staff system
Points are earned by completing tasks described in the 'Guía de acciones recomendadas'. Points can be lost by breaking rules, ignoring orders, or failing to justify inactivity. The system is not strictly cumulative, meaning consistent activity is required to maintain a score.Manage staff tracking and operational priorities
Staff tracking is organized under the
Seguimiento y Prioridadescategory within theRolessection. To manage operational health and performance, refer to the following dedicated guides:- Actualizar estado (Update status)
- Sistema de puntaje (Scoring system)
- Prioridades operativas (Operational priorities)

A ticket should be closed once the case is resolved. Before closing, staff must:
- Ensure the user understands the solution.
- Ask if the user has any final questions.
- Save a record of the case if required by internal server rules.
- Close the ticket with a friendly closing message.
“Gracias por comunicarte. Si necesitas algo más, puedes abrir otro TICKET.”Handle and process support tickets

- Clearly and respectfully identify the reason for the ticket.
