    Chat Rewards allows server members to earn credits by chatting in designated 'active channels'. These rewards drop randomly based on administrator-configured drop rates. Members can then spend these accumulated credits in a server shop to purchase Discord roles.

  6. Understand how Daily Credits are earned

    Daily Credits provide a guaranteed income separate from luck-based drops. Members earn 100 credits for every 100 messages sent in active channels. This process repeats until the server-configured daily cap is reached. Weekend boosts and active multipliers apply to these payouts. Other reward types (chat drops, boost rewards, shop items) are not affected by the daily credits cap.

  7. Enable vote reminders via DM

    After completing a vote, the bot provides a confirmation message. To receive a DM notification when your next vote is available, click the opt-in reminder button within that confirmation message.

  8. Recommended transfer limit settings by server size

    Depending on the size and trust level of your community, consider the following configurations:

    • Small servers: Use a cap of 25–200 credits, or use disable if transfers are not needed.
    • Growing servers: Use a cap of 100–500 credits, increasing the limit as trust builds.
    • Large servers: infinite is acceptable for high-trust communities. It is recommended to enable logging to monitor for abuse.

  11. Activate Chat Rewards Premium in a Discord server

    To activate Premium after purchase, you must link your accounts and then trigger the activation within the target Discord server. Note that you must remain a member of the Chat Rewards Support Server (https://discord.gg/7nuC2DHU3X) for the subscription to stay active; leaving the support server will deactivate your subscription until you rejoin.

  12. Calculate combined reward probability

    Since each rate is checked separately, the total chance of any event occurring per message is the sum of all active rates. For example, if common is 0.7% and epic is 0.2%, there is a ~0.9% combined chance of a reward. A server with five types all set to 1% results in a ~5% chance (roughly 1 in 20 messages).
