  10. Import plot and crop rotation data into Ekylibre

    Plot data (parcellaire) is initially imported during the first-use startup assistant via the TelePAC import, which automatically creates the plots and crop rotation. To add or complete plot data after the initial setup, you can:

    1. Import a TelePAC declaration file in XML format.
    2. Draw plots manually.
    3. Import a geographic file.

  11. Export and print administrative documents

    You can export and print the following documents: livestock register, animal files, veterinary records, intervention registers, traceability logs, and phytosanitary registers.

    Steps to print:

    1. Go to the Outils (Tools) module.
    2. Select Exports from the left menu.
    3. Choose the desired document(s).
    4. Select the campaign or enter the required dates.
    5. Click 'Rechercher' and then 'Imprimer'.
    6. Once the document is ready, click the red notification bell to access it.

  12. Plan agricultural interventions

    To plan an intervention, navigate to the Production module, select Interventions, and click on 'Demander une intervention'.
