  1. Overview of Scheduled Maintenance categories

Scheduled Maintenance is a tool for service advisors to provide professional maintenance advice. While the system can automatically recommend items based on a 'Maintenance Cycle Template', advisors can also use manually configured categories to classify and search for service items. There are two types of classifications:

    1. Vehicle system categories: Based on vehicle structure (e.g., engine, transmission, chassis).
    2. Mileage categories: Based on vehicle mileage ranges (e.g., 5000-8000km, 10000-20000km) to target recommendations based on the vehicle's current mileage.
  2. Overview of Scheduled Maintenance Configuration

Scheduled Maintenance is a sales tool for service advisors. While the system automatically recommends services based on 'Maintenance Cycle Templates', advisors can configure custom categories to manually recommend and search for service items based on their professional experience.

Configuration is located in: AutoX3 Brand Management Backend > Service Management > Reception Management > Scheduled Maintenance.

There are two types of categories available:

    1. Vehicle System Categories: Based on vehicle structure (e.g., Engine, Transmission, Chassis).
    2. Mileage Categories: Based on vehicle odometer readings (e.g., 5,000-8,000km, 10,000-20,000km).
  3. Overview of AutoX3 Brand Management 2.0 Updates

The Brand Management dashboard version 2.0 (released March 1, 2025) introduces a reorganized system structure focused on seven major processes: check-in, pre-service inspection, health check, explanation, pricing, work, and QA.

    Key structural changes include:

    • Data Analysis Removal: All data analysis functions have been completely integrated into the separate Data Statistics dashboard and are no longer available in the Brand Management dashboard.
    • Directory Reorganization: Business settings are now classified by the seven core processes mentioned above.
  4. Overview of the AutoX3 Customer Pool

The Customer Pool is a centralized CRM module for managing owner information across all group stores. It allows group administrators to access detailed customer profiles, including basic personal information (name, contact), user personas (age group, professional characteristics), driving habits (style, common road conditions, mileage), and the status of all vehicles owned by the customer.
  5. Overview of Big Screen Training Center

The Training Center is used to manage training courses within a group, such as software operation tutorials and store operation explanations. Once configured, store managers can use the Big Screen APP to play these training videos on a large screen for centralized employee training. Configuration is located in the AutoX3 Brand Management Backend under: Service Management > Explanation Management > Big Screen Training Center.
  6. Overview of Work Service Categories in AutoX3

Work service categories provide a structured index for employees when ordering work service items via the Technician APP or shop management dashboard. They are used for search, filtering, and data statistics.

All work service items must be assigned to a category. The system provides five immutable primary categories:

    1. Maintenance
    2. Repair
    3. Replacement
    4. Body repair & painting
    5. Wash & detailing
    6. Others

Users must create secondary categories under these primary categories to organize their service items.

  7. Overview of Maintenance Cycle Templates

Maintenance cycles are used to set specific mileage or time intervals for service items. When a vehicle's mileage or the time elapsed since the last service reaches these set values, the system automatically alerts store employees during the vehicle intake process and recommends relevant service items in the Large Screen App's scheduled maintenance module.
  8. Overview of the Intelligent Hub Training Centre

The Training Centre is used to manage training courses (such as software operation tutorials and shop operation explanations) for a group. Once configured, shop managers can use the Intelligent Hub APP to play these training videos on a big screen for centralized staff training. Configuration is located in: AutoX3 Brand Management Dashboard > Service > Explanation Management > Intelligent Hub Training Centre.
  9. Configure Work Service Item introductions

Item introductions are customer-facing descriptions used to build trust and convey brand information. These are configured via the [Item Introduction] menu in the item details.

    Two introduction methods are supported:

    1. Image and Text Introduction: A layout of text, images, and videos.
    2. External Webpage: A link to an external site that the system opens automatically.

    Management options include:

    • Multiple Introductions: You can add multiple independent introductions (e.g., different oil brands for an engine oil change) using the [Add Item Introduction] button.
    • Ordering: Use [Move Up] or [Move Down] to change the display sequence.
    • Deletion: Use the [Delete] button. Note: At least one introduction must remain; if only one exists, it cannot be deleted, though content can be manually cleared (not recommended).
  10. Manage construction service categories in AutoX3

Construction service categories provide an index for employees when ordering services via the Technician App or Store Management Backend. They are also used for searching, filtering, and data analysis across platforms.

Configuration Path: AutoX3 Brand Management Backend > Service Management > Construction Management > Construction Service Categories.

Category Structure: There are five system-preset primary categories that cannot be modified:

    • Maintenance (养护)
    • Repair (修理)
    • Replacement (更换)
    • Body & Paint (钣喷)
    • Washing & Beauty (洗美)
    • Others (其他)

Users must create secondary categories under these primary categories before creating specific construction service items.

  11. Understand Global vs. Project-based Quality Control modes

AutoX3 provides two quality control (QC) modes to ensure vehicle maintenance meets safety and quality standards:

    1. Global Quality Control (全局质检): A comprehensive QC process applied to all construction projects. It is automatically activated as long as a construction order exists in the system. This is best for routine, unified quality checks across all projects.
    2. Construction Project Quality Control (施工项目质检): Independent QC processes set for specific service items. This is suitable for complex, long-cycle large projects. This mode is only activated after the construction order is submitted.
  12. Manage Product and Accessory Library in AutoX3

The Product/Accessory Library provides the necessary data for adding accessories to quotations. Data created in the Brand Management Backend serves as a reference for all stores; however, it is not the final operational data. Store administrators must import this information into their specific Store Management Backend to make it available for employees when creating quotations.
Navigation Path: AutoX3 Brand Management Backend > Service Management > Quotation Management > Product/Accessory Library
