What's inside Organiza

  1. Correct a product color description

To edit the name/description of a color in the system:

    1. Navigate to the Production module -> Fabrics (Telas).
    2. Select 'Colors' (Colores).
    3. Click the pencil icon to edit the color description.
    4. Save and close.

To ensure the updated color is reflected in the product details:

    1. Go to the product file (ficha).
    2. Navigate to 'Additional' (Adicionales).
    3. Select 'Generate Sizes' (Generar Tamaños).
  2. Add a new color to a product reference

To add a color to a product reference (common in dyeing cases):

    1. Open the product reference and go to the 'Combination' (combinacao) tab.
    2. Create a new record by clicking 'Crear Registro' or using the shortcut Ctrl + E.
    3. Double-click the color field and select the desired color.
    4. Press Esc to generate the product codes for the new color.

If the required color does not exist:

    1. Use 'Crear Registro' or Ctrl + E.
    2. Enter the color code, name, and composition, then press Enter.

To remove an incorrectly selected color, select the record and click 'Borrar registro'.

  3. Configure colors for a raw material input

After creating the basic input record, you must define its colors and costs:

    1. Open the colors box and double-click (or press F5) on the code column.
    2. Select the desired color, the provider, and the provider's specific color. You may also select a collection.
    3. Enter the cost per meter or unit and assign a shelf (estante).
    4. Link Provider: Click the magnet icon to link the provider.

Critical Step: After entering the color details, click down to another row and return to the current row. This forces the system to save the color and update the list before you can successfully use the magnet icon to link the provider code.

  4. Create diagrams using Mermaid syntax

The documentation supports various diagram types including Sequence, Flowchart, Graph, and Timeline. You can control the direction of the diagram using the following identifiers:

    • TB: Top to Bottom
    • TD: Top Down (same as TB)
    • BT: Bottom to Top
    • RL: Right to Left
    • LR: Left to Right
    graph TD
        A --> B
  5. Navigate the CCO Production System UI

The CCO production system features a left-hand navigation panel for accessing main processes. Users can toggle between light and dark modes using the icon in the top-right corner. A global search for functions or processes is available via the search bar or by pressing Ctrl + K.
  6. Create a new raw material input (Insumo)

To create a new raw material input in the system, follow these steps:

    1. Open Material Inquiry: Use the shortcut Alt + F6 or navigate to the 'Produccion' module $\rightarrow$ 'Telas' sub-module $\rightarrow$ click the '+' (records) button $\rightarrow$ select 'Materias Primas'.
    2. Create Record: Use the shortcut Ctrl + E or click the create record button.
    3. Enter Basic Details:
      • Provider: Select the appropriate provider.
      • Reference Code: Assign a code (e.g., H055).
      • Name: Enter the name without the color (e.g., HILO DE TEJER 1000M).
      • Groups: Set Group to 2 (Materia prima), Subgroup 1 to the input type (e.g., 19 for threads), and Subgroup 2 to 1.
      • Fabric Classification: Assign the classification or enter 0 if none exists.
      • Consumption Unit: Select 'metro' (meter) or 'unitario' (unit).
      • Image: Upload an image if available.
    4. Configure Taxes: In the taxes tab, select 'No Aplica' or enter code 1 in the required fields.
    5. Set Item Type: In the 'Extras' tab, select 'Materia Prima' as the item type.
  7. Manage product colors and compositions

    Within the Technical Sheet registration:

    • Composicion: Double-click to select an existing composition. To create a new one, use Ctrl + E or 'Crear Registro'.
    • Combinacion (Colors): In the 'Combinacao' tab, assign the product colors. If the color is not yet defined, use 230 - Color a definir as a placeholder.
  8. Adjust product quantities in a cutting order

To modify the final quantities of a producer within a selected order:

    1. With the order selected, go to the 'productos' (products) tab.
    2. Click on the specific product within the order.
    3. Click 'Acierto de cantidades' (you may need to scroll to the right to find this option).
    4. Enter the required modifications.
    5. Click 'Acertar Quantidade' to save the changes.
  9. Manage the technical sheet during the sample process

Create a technical sheet (ficha técnica) immediately upon the decision to cut a sample. The sheet must be updated continuously as the sample progresses. It is critical that the technical sheet is fully completed—including final details on threads, buttons, and metal plates (chapitas)—before mass production begins to ensure the production process is fast and efficient.
  10. Reserve fabric rolls for a cutting order

After generating a cutting order, follow these steps to reserve the necessary fabric rolls:

    1. Navigate to "OC pendientes CAD".
    2. Go to the materials tab and select the Rollos (Rolls) symbol.
    3. In the subsequent tab, select the specific roll to reserve based on the system's suggestion.

Once the reservation is complete, the system will display a checkmark in the status column, and the material will be moved from the fabric warehouse (deposito de tejidos) to the cutting warehouse (deposito de corte).

  11. Assign a new color during the laundry process

To update colors for an order currently in the laundry stage:

    1. Go to 'Order Tracking' (Acompañamiento de ordenes) and locate the specific order.
    2. Ensure you are on the 'Products' (productos) tab.
    3. Click the green arrow 'Quantity Adjustment' (Acierto de cantidades).
    4. Update the quantities to reflect the new colors.
    5. Click 'Acertar Quantidade' to confirm.
  12. Process order accompaniment for cutting (Acompañamiento de ordenes)

To process the accompaniment of a cutting order, follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to 'Acompañamiento de ordenes' from the main menu.
    2. Search for the specific cutting order number.
    3. Verify that the quantities are correct (if adjustments are needed, see 'Adjust product quantities').
    4. Click 'Movimentar Orden'.
    5. Click 'Confirmar' to finalize the movement.

Prerequisites: Before proceeding with the cutting output, ensure that the Fabric Reservation (RESERVA DEL TEJIDO) and the Return or Write-off (RETORNO O BAJA) have been completed.
