  2. Overview of the Manual do Calouro project

    The Manual do Calouro is a continuous and democratic project designed as a guide for all students at FCT (not limited to freshmen or Computer Science students). Its goal is to provide useful information for adapting to the university environment, academic life, and living in Presidente Prudente, allowing students to contribute their own tips and experiences over time.

    Note on Politeness: Avoid using 'Por favor' in general calls to action (e.g., use 'Se inscreva até 25/02' instead of 'Por favor, se inscreva...'). It is only permitted in individual communications (emails to professors or students).

  5. Server FCT-DTI-X-01 OS and User Access Specifications

    The server runs Debian Stable. Per Unesp standards, each person has a unique user account. Users are added to the docker group to allow running Docker commands without sudo. While remote root login and sudo are generally restricted by Unesp norms, student users have been added to the sudo group by DTI. All users share the password unesp#2024, which must not be changed.

  10. Comply with LGPD for CACiC data collection

    All data collection performed by CACiC must adhere to the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). Data subjects must be informed about how their information will be used and, whenever possible, given the option to opt-out of providing the data. CACiC is responsible for auditing data collection by professors, students, or third-party companies to ensure compliance.

  11. Responsibilities of the CACiC Communication Director

    The Communication Director is responsible for disseminating information about opportunities and events to members, the Course Coordination, the Course Council, FCT/UNESP Direction, and the general public. They also maintain the physical notice board, the website, the official email, and handle correspondence.
