Bit Part Documentation

Bit Part provides a suite of technical services for live events, film, and video productions. Their offerings include:

• Live Event Production: Technical planning, setup, and on-site operational support for social entertainment gatherings.
• Film and Video Consulting: Workflow planning, technical guidance, and on-set coordination support.
• Equipment Rentals: Motion picture cameras, video cameras, and cinematographic apparatus, including optional accessories.
• Custom Equipment Packages: Tailored bundles of cameras, lenses, monitoring gear, and hardware for various production environments.
• Technical Staffing: On-site or remote staffing for technical support, specifically including real-time monitoring and wireless system deployment.

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original packaging and condition (including all accessories) and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligibility for Refund:

• Refunds are generally only granted if the item does not match the product description.
• The item must be returned in unused condition.
• Non-returnable items include: perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

Return Process:

1. Contact Bit Part to request a return and receive shipping instructions. Items sent without a request will not be accepted.
2. Bit Part covers return shipping costs for eligible returns and refunds the full purchase price.
3. Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
