  1. Arklights device compatibility and requirements

    Arklights supports a wide range of environments including physical mobile devices, mobile virtual machines, cloud phones, and emulators. It does not require ROOT access and is compatible with notched/irregular screens (异形屏).

    Common issues and their resolutions:

    • 'Stop Running' or 'Parsing Error' on launch: Occurs if Android version is below 7 or the CPU architecture is incompatible (e.g., Apple M1).
    • Accessibility Settings: If the device is rooted, accessibility will be enabled automatically. Check 'Do not remind me again' during the prompt and click 'Confirm'.
    • Settings cannot be modified / Cannot input Chinese / Stuck on IME selection: This happens if the 'Speedrun Input Method' was enabled. Uninstall and reinstall the app to fix.
    • Crash when typing or using modifier keys: Use the copy-paste method for input, or change the system input method/emulator.
    • Stopping the tool: If the screen is unresponsive, try: 1. Press 'Volume +', 2. Press Home then the red stop button, 3. Rapidly press the red stop button.
    • Log box: The log box cannot be disabled due to framework limitations.

    Arklights optimizes execution time to exceed manual operation speeds, specifically for daily tasks and Originium Slugs farming. It calculates optimal infrastructure scheduling based on the user's actual infrastructure status rather than using fixed combinations.

  4. Understand ArkLights operational principles and privacy

    ArkLights operates by using screen recording services to determine state and accessibility services to perform clicks. It does not interact with device memory or network traffic. Regarding privacy: passwords are never uploaded. If QQ notifications are enabled, the account name and game screenshots are uploaded to a developer-deployed forwarding service (a QQ bot). Users can self-host this forwarding service as it is open source.

    The tool provides fully managed automation capabilities, including scheduled startups, automatic hot updates, multi-account management, and a proprietary QQ notification service.

  6. Farm Integrated Strategy (Roguelike) resources

    Use the 肉鸽/公招 button to farm investment, originium slugs, level candles, and collectibles.

    • Vanguard Setup: Set common vanguard skills using numbers (e.g., 耀光1, 煌2).
      • 0: Stops at the vanguard interface and sends a notification.
      • -1: Automatically selects from support units.
    • Level Candles: Use 正式难度 (Formal Difficulty), check 多点蜡烛 (Multi-candle) and 跳过投币 (Skip Coin). Estimated time: 26-36 hours for levels 0-110.
    • Originium Slugs: Use 观光难度 (Sightseeing Difficulty). Time to reach 999 depends on endings: 2 endings (~10h 14m), 3 endings (~8h 10m).
    • Item Farming: Enter keywords in the required item field (e.g., 玩 金 骑士) to stop once a matching item (like attack speed) is found.

  7. Configure AegirTech cloud management platform

    AegirTech is a management platform for speedrun clusters. It handles account management, automatic task distribution, task redistribution on timeout/offline, and notification retrieval.

    Setup:

    1. Self-host the frontend and backend.
    2. Enter the device token and backend address in the 'Advanced Settings' of the device.
    3. Start the service.

    Configuration Options:

    • 审判庭接受任务 (Accept tasks from Tribunal):
      • If unchecked: The device processes local tasks but uses the cloud for heartbeats and logs.
      • If checked: The device only processes tasks distributed by the cloud.

    Caveat: If the backend is offline, the system will wait 30 seconds during every screenshot upload attempt.

  8. Import and Export ArkLights Settings

    Settings are stored in JSON format at the following path: /data/user/0/com.bilabila.arknightsspeedrun2/assistdir/3205c0ded576131ea255ad2bd38b0fb2/root/

    Multi-account settings can be imported/exported. Simple text format is supported for importing account credentials (appends to existing list unless the 30th account is already filled, in which case it overwrites from the 1st).

  9. Automate Public Recruitment and tag filtering

    To use public recruitment, check the 公开招募 (Public Recruitment) task and start.

    • Auto-Recruitment Settings:
      • 其他 (Other): No guaranteed bottom line.
      • 车456: Guaranteed small vehicle and 4, 5, or 6-star operators.
    • Tag Filtering:
      • Use the 保留标签 (Retain Tags) field to enter desired tags (e.g., 削弱 快速复活). The process stops once any of these tags are found.
      • To farm tickets (Yellow/Green/Urgent), use the 肉鸽/公招 (Roguelike/Public Recruitment) button. The process stops based on which auto-recruitment options are checked (e.g., if only 其他 and 4 are checked, it stops when a guaranteed small vehicle, 5-star, or 6-star is found).

  10. ArkLights Device Compatibility and Requirements

    To run ArkLights, devices must meet the following minimum requirements:

    • Android Version: 7.0 or higher
    • Resolution: 1280x720 or higher
    • Aspect Ratio: 16:9 or higher

    Supported Platforms:

    • Emulators: LDPlayer, MEmu (use OpenGL rendering), BlueStacks (use Advanced/Compatible graphics engine), MuMu 9 (may have splash screen issues), Genymotion (Android 10). Note: LDPlayer 3 and MuMu 6 are not supported.
    • Cloud Phones: RedFinger (Android 6 requires customer support upgrade), LDCloud, Huayun, Duoduo Cloud, Hexin Cloud, Gemini, Yunshuai Cloud. Note: Mobile Cloud (移动云) is not supported.
    • Physical Devices: Most common Android devices. For best results: set in-game notch adaptation to 0, disable Game Mode, Game Toolboxes, global sidebars, dark/night eye protection mode, and hide the notch. Virtual keys should be on the right. Edge-to-edge gestures may interfere with clicks.
    • Virtual Machines: VMOS, 51, Guangsu, X8, etc.

  11. Set up scheduled task restarts

    Scheduled starts allow the tool to wait for a specific time to restart after a task completes.

    • Configuration: Enter the time in 定时启动 (Scheduled Start). Use +0:00 for no gap/infinite loop.
    • Behavior: If a task is still running when the scheduled time arrives, the scheduled point is skipped; it will not stop the current task.
    • Note: Ensure the system timezone is set to UTC+8.

  12. Configure BlueStacks for ArkLights

    BlueStacks requires specific ADB commands to be executed after the emulator starts but before launching the speedrun tool to enable the necessary shell access.
