Blosm is available in two versions. Choose the version that best fits your workflow requirements:
Blosm (Base Version)
- Buildings: Imports buildings from OpenStreetMap using height and floor data. Buildings are created without textures applied. Supports complex structures and various roof shapes.
- Terrain: Downloads and imports real-world terrain data (approx. 30m resolution).
- GPX: Can import and project GPX tracks onto the terrain.
- Water & Vegetation: Rivers, lakes, forests, and vegetation are imported as polygons and projected onto the terrain if available.
- Roads: Roads, paths, and railways are imported as Blender curves with a profile object and projected onto the terrain.
Blosm (Pro Version)
Includes all features of the base version, plus:
- Texture Baking: One-click baking of multiple textures into a single texture for 3D Tiles.
- Textured Buildings: Imports buildings with default materials, tileable textures, and UV-mapping applied.
- Atmospheric Lighting: Default materials and textures to mimic lit windows for evening settings.
- 3D Vegetation: Imports forests and single trees as actual 3D objects.
- Custom Textures: Options to use custom tileable building textures (e.g., from textures.com).
- Maps: Satellite imagery and web maps projected onto the terrain.
