Maigret Telegram Bot

Before running the bot, you must provide your Telegram API credentials as environment variables.

1. Obtain an API_ID and API_HASH by registering a Telegram application.
2. Create a bot via @BotFather to obtain a bot token.
3. Set the environment variables and run bot.py. The script will prompt you for your bot token on its first launch.

To install the bot, ensure you have Python 3.6+ and pip installed. Use pip3 to install the necessary dependencies from the requirements.txt file.
