What's inside AMRFinderPlus
- AMRFinderPlus is a tool designed to identify acquired antimicrobial resistance (AMR) genes and point mutations within protein or assembled nucleotide sequences. In addition to AMR, the 'plus' functionality includes detection of stress resistance, heat resistance, biocide resistance, and virulence factors for specific curated organisms.
